Fun hip vibe to this donut shop. Its located at the heart of Grove St so location wise, 5 stars.The service was good. People were friendly and lots of donut selections.The donut itself was just ok. Honestly I didnt think it was anything special. It tasted exactly as it was...a donut. Would I come out of my way to come here for a donut. Nope.

This Krispy Kreme location is super convenient if you’re traveling through, live or work in the area although parking can be challenging. Spacious and clean dining space with friendly and efficient service. Entrance has a handicap accessible ramp next to a patio dining area.

Fresh donuts..wish I could have got st8ght out the oven..but with the glased..you can always put in the microwave for 20 sec and it will dissolve in your mouth..

The staff members are amazing. Helped me get stuff for a presentation of 50 ppl at 6am. Will be back very soon for my staff meeting moving forward!

The red light was on indicating, Fresh donut, just made. I never had one before and while it was a touristy thing to do... blah, I didnt care... had to order one of those delicious hot and fresh glazed donuts. I tried to share with hubby (save on calories especially when we are headed to dinner soon) but I accidentally ate more than my share of it. It was hot and slightly crunchy as you bit into it. The inside was pillowy soft. I just could not help myself. While I tried to look contrite, but somehow the glazed sugar all over my mouth did not help me look innocent enough.The delicious freshly made glazed donut is their signature donut, as per the manager. He was so sweet, when I ordered one to try out, he went into the back to pull off the conveyor belt the freshest one. I normally do not care for overly sweet desserts but something about the hot glaze melting all over my tongue... As George Takeis catchphrase, Oh My!

Im not sure if I picked wrong date or wrong donuts but the ones I grabbed from here werent good. It just didnt feel like regular Krispy Kreme donuts that I enjoyed over and over again.

On Mother’s Day after 35 years I decided to have go into the Kripotos Kreme donuts store and purchased 2 of their donuts. The one that I ended up with had very little, I mean very little filling in it. So I was a bit disappointed. The one that my husband had was better filled. Their service was good and the staff were very polite.

I only ever get the original glazed donut. They are the best but they have a great selection of donuts! Their coffee isnt bad either.

Google says place is 24 hrs on Friday and Saturday but they are not.I enjoyed watching the donuts being made behind the glass. They have a much larger selection of donuts than Krispy Kreme at Penn Station. But if you live in NYC, it doesnt pay to go into NJ just to get Krispy Kreme. Because driving back into NYC will cost you $15 for Holland Tunnel toll. But I enjoyed my one-time experience :)

Ordering ahead online or app is the absolute most efficient way to order. Krispy Kreme has the most delicious glazed doughnuts. We stayed at the Residence Inn across the street for our wedding block. My groomsmen were required to be at my room at 7AM. It was really convenient to order the night before online.The dozen Glazed with the box of coffee was so clutch to start our early day.

I use to go here before covid and really enjoy the cafe environment. Outlets everywhere and nice music playing. The service was good and it is always fun to which them make the donutsAll Donuts: Generally, all the donuts are sweet and taste exactly the same. The added chocolate or cream doesnt add much to it, so I always think glaze is the most popular.The specialty donuts are good, but will give you a sugar high, the sugar content is more than it needs to be, but there good no doubt.

Best donuts around! This location is unique as they have the whole window area where you can watch the donuts being cooked. They carry a wide variety of coffee-based drinks as well.I think what makes this place super cool is there holiday decorations. They go pretty all out for things like Halloween and Christmas. Not only do they carry the specialty donuts for those occasions but do a lovely job physically setting up their store to get into the holiday spirit!

Krispy Kreme is a donut shop that has a factory atmosphere, but is a great place to hang out. There is a machine producing donuts everyday. It is entertaining to watch them being dunked in oil, coated and glazed and then personalized. There are many choices and seating included (outside & inside). However, the staff may be a bit irritated. Bathroom included. Good location close to Grove Street, PATH Station, and City Hall.

Well theres nothing like fresh donuts made on premise and I have a been a fan of Krispy Kreme for many years. Always great to come here and see the donuts being made. My favorite has always been the glazed donuts. Fluffy yeasty melt in your mouth goodness. The coffee is not bad either. Their are no lines in the noon time and in the early morning hours, it moves fast. overall what i expect of Krispy Kreme and its a nice edition to Jersey city.

I was trying to locate certain doughnuts, and either the NY stores didnt have them and others didnt answer the phone. I was able to locate the doughnuts online in Jersey City after paying tolls to JC and back to Brooklyn, I was disappointed because I didnt get what I asked for. Tried calling the store but no one seems to pickup.

Opening day! Visited at 6am, The army of staff was all standing there ready for the crowds! The factory is right there and you can see the machine making the doughnuts. Everyone was nice and helpful. The only problem i see is the register: it needs an Assorted button. As it is now, the customer and the attendant has to specify the choices - if they had a shortcut key that printed out a pick-list without the specification at the register, it would go faster.

I went there today and the cashier guy acted like hes doing me a favor by selling me donuts. No greetings or what so ever. It wasnt even busy still he was rushing me. They should train their employees to behave nicely. We dont go there to humiliated ourselves. Its not worth it.

If you can get parking then this is a calorie heaven to visit. The simple glazed donut is the basic must have.

Krispy Kreme is finally opened in Jersey City! Make sure to ask for hot donuts when the hotlight is on. Overall this place is great, I just hope they add a few more types of donuts soon. (The cinnamon bun is my favorite, but they currently dont offer it)

This is one the most beautiful Krispy Kreme franchises Ive ever been to. Super clean really well kept. Everything was shiny almost what would be used in a movie scene in a motion picture. Outside was very beautiful and clean accessible handicap friendly and it really stands out. The coffees were great and the donuts were so fresh. They were tasty like the one in the Atlanta franchise. My experience was almost perfect and I would have given it 5 stars if it had not been for the host on duty, James. He seemed bothered before we could place the order. As my wife and daughter were placing their order he seemed more bothered by us and was very impatient. Never a smile just a mad rude deminor. Very short in his answers and unwilling to even suggest anything. I talked up Krispy Kreme to my family because Ive enjoyed it throughout the many years but this host almost ruined it for us. Please change this and youll get five stars.

Excellent Krispy Kreme. Clean, modern, well managed. Excellent staff and service - friendly and have. Huge selection, everything fresh. Also have the factory set up behind glass walls so you can watch everything from proofing through deep frying, automatic flipping and front on the other side, dripping off, and running through the waterfall of frosting. Very cool!

I love this place!! Its large so seats are always available.Their donuts are so fresh and delicious because they bake them there every morning. If you are lucky to be there when they are baking new donuts, you can ask them for those fresh donuts, which are warm and extremely delicious!!!They have free wifi too. I often go there to work/study. Its right next to a PATH station.

Service was horrible I asked for a coffee and he said he couldnt make it . I wanted a caramel mocha I ended up getting coffee with cream Coffee tasted old had to throw it away . What a waste of money . Is this what this franchise is coming toooo Dont go there

Lovely place to nicely round off a dinner with coffee and a donut! Theres also a great little view of a donut production line where hundreds of the little guys get fried, tossed and glazed. Quite a sight to behold.

This is an absolutely amazing place! I have never had a doughnut this fresh! I have always loved Krispy Kreme doughnuts but this place takes them to a whole other level! Their original glazed is a must have. And the doughnut assembly line is a nice touch!

I is love the donuts, but the workers there are all kids that don’t care. They put whatever they like in the order if you don’t correct them, and then if they got your order right, they will try to put wrong donuts in the box. I have to always check what’s in my box. If I tell them to put what I ordered, they just dump the order in the trash and do it correctly from the second take. Don’t buy coffee there, it’s terrible.

Doughnuts are freshly made in front of your eyes. Dont mind the long line it moves really fast.

I am extremely upset and disappointed in this location. My boyfriend and I took the drive at 4:30 in the morning to take the drive from Monmouth County to this location since it was the closest one to us. We got there at 6 when they open to find 2 employees who were obviously late running into the store. We came to get 5 dozen glazed donuts to bring home to our families and were then told that they would not be serving their famous original glazed until after 10 am. Krispy Kreme is FAMOUS for their original glazed and hot hours are posted online to be 5am-10am. I just dont understand how they have 0 to sell. Its like owning an ice cream shop and telling your customers you have no ice cream to sell. The employees were speaking in spanish as if we couldnt understand them but we did, claiming they didnt have the time to make it right now and that it was not happening. It was obvious that they were late to their job or something in between those lines. We both come from backgrounds of working in the food industry and working for doughnut shops & pretzel shops that open early just as Krispy Kreme does and found the service unacceptable. I just really dont understand how no glazed could be produced when its known for it and majority of their customers come for it. I am just dumbfounded and so upset that I traveled this far for nothing.

I happened to have a meeting in Jersey City. Arrived early and decided to walk around. I look to my left - low and behold I’m in heaven. Being from Westchester County, Now I don’t have to wait to drive down South once a year to get my Hot Glazed Donuts

If you really want to spoil yourself and enjoy some good donuts then you have to come here in the morning. The donuts come out nice and warm and it usually melts in your mouth as you eat it! AMAZING donuts! Kristy Kreme has seemed to disappear from all of the Midwest. But now that Jersey City has one(and I live here now), Im back in business. These donuts have been my favorite donuts since I was 10 years old. I used to watch them be made fresh and just crumble from the sight of them. I am happy to say that I feel the same way. This location and Penn Station are the only locations in the Tri-State area! These donuts are amazing. Only bad part is the location. Horrible horrible location for people with cars. There is no parking.. literally NONE. And if you park in front, you get a ticket.
