At first glance this place looked like the typical sketchy car dealership. Taking a look at their inventory made me take a chance. They had a pretty good selection of quality cars which they maintained. I had my eye on the Lexus SUV which had the color I was looking for. Kurt and Karim went out of their way to have me test drive the car, which I didn’t plan on. Needless to say I didn’t buy the car right there I wanted to check around and weigh my options. They offered me pretty good numbers. About a week passed I decided to take a second look. Geno went out of his way to get me to a monthly payment I was very comfortable with. After speaking with my wife I decided to purchase the car. It was a smooth process and I felt I got a good deal. They got me an APR of about 4% which was amazing. Geno, Karim and Kurt are pretty decent guys and I highly recommend them if you want to cut the BS and get a car without all the nonsense that goes along with it. Came in a couple minutes before closing, which I understand is annoying sometimes. Upon arrival, you see a dude who seems to work there, already looks unwelcoming and annoyed. I had made an appointment to view a car today and already it was sold. No notice, no communication. Why make an appointment for a car viewing if you were already going to sell it? Not only that but the dude who spoke to us seemed unprofessional and wanted us out of there. Snotty attitude. Definitely not a place I’d recommend getting your car. The place seems sketchy anyways, placed behind and hidden somewhere barley anyone can see.

I just drove an hour away to come and buy a car they had on their lot. I called and specifically asked what are the fees associated with it because I dont want to waste my time. I got a song and dance saying that if I financed I could be pretty close to the listing price. I got there sat down to buy it and got presented a bill with a $2995 prep fee and a $1895 destination fee plus docs. I walked away but wasted my day. The salesman are very nice and helpful and I understand that a lot of dealers charge fees now but $5k is way too much. I really hate this bait and switch tactic it makes me furious.
