I had a wonderful experience with Chen Depot. I purchased kitchens cabinets, and quarts counter tops. They provided a nice design, made a few changes and they delivered on time and within budget...bravo.

Great supplier of tiles and cabinets. Countertop was fitted in perfectly. All the styles they had and we liked. Price was good and better than Home Depot or Lowe’s.

I was hesitant to take the drive up since it was so far away but it was worth it. We paid half as much as what Lowe’s quoted us. Plus the cabinets are 100% wood and already assembled.Eggy helped us with our design. He whipped it up so quick I was almost expecting something to be wrong but it was perfect.The cabinets were delivered within 2 weeks all in great condition. Once they were installed we called back and they came out within 3 days to make a template for the countertop. The countertop was then delivered/installed about a week later.My kitchen is gorgeous.

Chen depot did a great job. Staff are very accommodating specially Reggie. They took care of me quickly and gave me everything I need. Highly recommended for kitchen and bath needs.

We bought our cabinets and countertop from them. Awesome staff and very attentive. Eggi was so very helpful in selection and what goes well with what we wanted. The dispatch team, Dexter who measured made sure it was exactly the size I wanted in each of the location, Jomer, James, and Walter were very careful in bringing up the counter top to the second floor and set it up very nicely. They were very clean and wipe down everything before leaving. I would highly recommend Chen Depot. Ask for Eggi. He is awesome and always follows up with you. Our Kitchen is not complete yet but still looks great.

I apologized for not posting this before. My name is Zaira. I must say that Chen Depot is the best Kitchen Cabinets and counter tops supply in all New Jersey. I bought a house in Newark and I was looking a month ago in all Hudson and Essex County for the best prices and Chen Depot beat all of them. I visited Chen Depot’s store and spoke to Edison and Eggie and they were of great help to help me choose what I was looking for. You can count on Edison or Eggie and they will make sure that you get all your kitchen cabinets get delivered on time, and that you get the right order. How can I forget Dexter who measured the three floors made sure it was exactly the size I wanted in the three floors. Dexter and his dispatch team made were very careful bringing the kitchen cabinets and countertops to the three floors and set them up nicely. They were very clean. Dexter if you are reading this, you did a great job!...They do anything to get customers satisfaction and I am on of them. I am extremely happy for the job they have done in the 3 family house I bought. They did the three kitchen cabinets floors. Edison, Eggie and Dexter always follows up with you. Horrible!!! Like some other people have said. They will reel you in with a cheap price and promises. The work is not quality. Different shades on everything. Had to come out many times to change pieces. After delivery you dont deal with chen Depot anymore!! You have to deal with there distributor from China. Extremely frustrating. You have to pay for everything up front before delivery so thats when your real problems start. Save you self the headache and the frustration and pay a little bit more at a reputable company. You have been warned!!!

Stay away from this place. Same cabinets as those sold in other places in NYC, with a higher price. They never mentioned the design fee, yet they wont give the deposit back when you dont order cabinets from them. When you dont order from them, the staff working there become rude . Ridiculous place.

We bought cabinets and granite from Chen Depot over a year ago. We have zero complaints from the staff, selection, and office people. I was pretty annoying too, going back and forth with choices and laying tiles in the showroom. Super helpful between the staff and the owner who made his way to my house to measure himself because we were unsure about sink mount. We saved money on actual wood cabinets, and the granite was measured, cut and delivered on time. We will be going back soon for backsplash and bathroom tiles.

They will get you in with a good rate on cabinets/countertops but will destroy you on labor. For 13x8 kitchen they asked for 3000 only for labor. Labor has to be paid by cash(to avoid taxes). And after all that they didnt even honor the agreement to do the plumbing and still asked for that money shamelessly.

I got an amazing deal from Chen Depot on kitchen cabinets and counter top. People who are planning kitchen renovation should certainly visit once and then make up their mind.
