We get all our Indian groceries and meat from here. Really friendly staff and awesome quality of stock. I would recommend for all your grocery & meat needs.
Came here to buy meat as it was the closest to me in the area. i completely regret it. i was charged $22 for bones. i went back to dispute this but he was like “this is what you get when you buy mutton” and couldn’t get through his senseless explanations. i left in rage and he didn’t even try to properly justify or offer some alternative. will never be back again. it’s more of a smoke shop/convenient store rather than a meat shop, but i noticed that there were no price tags anywhere and felt like he would just claim his own price for anything.avoid at all costs.
This shop should be shut down as soon as possible. It is run by con men who try to rip you off at every possible opportunity. It is run by completely dishonest and unprofessional people. I got ripped off when buying meat from them. The meat was completely stale and rotten and was filled with bones and carcass.Id advise everyone to watch out and take their business elsewhere.
Excellent experienceNice dealing styleI shopping there from three yearsI am satisfied ... ♥♥
My first visit today and so very nice. Its not an obvious butchers when you go in.You ask what you need in the shop and the butchers is at the back.I had a whole chicken cut into four, great size very fresh and clean.Im very happy with my meat from here and will definitely go back for more.
Not a pleasant shopping experience. They would rarely give a receipt and charge different prices at different times for the same item.
This store should be shut. They dont have any label on the food items and charge their own price. For the longest time, I have ignored their mal -practice. They have a habit of rounding up the charge for every item. If the item is 2.99 they will round up to $3 . They also add extra charge if you pay by credit card without notifying the customer. I heard they have connections with the local authorities but these kind of ill practices are spoiling the charm of JC and cannot be tolerated.I have complained to the health officials of JC. Lets see what happens! If anyone else is aware of how to force these guys to observe the law, feel free to share here
I was in town for a family event and dropped in to buy a few things... He doubled the prices + the JUUL he had stated not to be sold in USA -- contraband alert. It was not a good experience.I asked the fruit store, they said the store had the county sheriff, local police department, health department - I was like wow...Cant believe he hasnt stopped. JUUL contraband with unmarked cigarette. It was a mistake.Enter at your own risk
No masks being worn by customers purchasing vape products and trying them in the store
More expensive than Patel Cash & Carry in Journal Square and not as much variety because its a lot smaller but good for staples (Amul butter, Dahi, Tea, etc) if you dont want to trek to Journal Square.
In the name of halal, we believe the people who sell the halal meat and believe the price what the quote, but unfortunately they cheated me taking double the price, as a guest from Canada, got very disappointed. As per the new jersey resident the price i buy was too expensive and the quality of meat was so bad even though no clean place and smelly. It happen On DEC 24,2017 around 4.00 pm, the person sold me and cheated me .just want to share my opinion about this store, do not believe this butcher or owner, normal price was 5.99 for goat, but i pay 9.99$ POUND..
Great staff. Very good quality halal chicken .
This is only place where they sell 100% certified halal meat.
Delicious halal food and vegetable salad run by a cheerful uncle. The price is also cheap. I also send money overseas, but I couldnt exchange Japanese yen.
