The guys at the Jersey City store were fantastic. We had to redo our office and they provided us with the knowledge on what materials to use to get the job done. The kids are happy and the office looks great.

Worst customer service. I leave messages for my sales rep. Never calls back and doesn’t follow up. Waiting for product for months. Never shipped what I needed on my last shipment. I feel like I’m never getting into my house. I will never never use them again once I am done. I have spent over 20k there and I am treated like garbage.

Their main guy, Rodrigo, is a true professional and absolutely knows his stuff, the materials his store carries, and what to consider to ensure that materials are installed the right way...the first time. Place and employees are great, feels like they really care that you get what you need and fast. Guys inside handle you with respect and knowledge of the products they carry. The customer service is absolutely wonderful.Freddy could not have been more helpful.He located a piece for my sliding glass which was very difficult to find.All other places I contacted could not help me.I would highly recommend Allied.

Much improvement needed, Put The Saro brothers in charge. You have the talent but you are too corporate. The Saro Brothers could double sales. They should be training counter people. You also need to get your people on the roof so the understand the products
