The staff are unhelpful, they are disrespectful and not considerate. If i were able to report the supervisor and worker i would... thats not a way to treat a customer who is also a student striving to succeed. If you are looking for refunds from products bought in this bookstore. Good luck. They couldnt even get me the bookstore guideline or find ways to help

So today, I tried to return a rental textbook in the exact condition given to me by the bookstore, and apparently, now the book is damaged, and they cannot accept it. Furthermore, according to the manager, the bookstore only rents books in usable condition; however, last semester, a staff member wanted me to rent a book with the front covered substantially damaged. Also the store manager is the only person with authority to mediate the matter and hes on vacation and comes back after the rental due date. Also, I rented this book for less than 6 weeks, however, Im responsible for the years of damage. This is highly irrational, and I expect this matter to be solved!

Ask for help, it will be much easier. They sell back packs behind the cashiers. Mine ripped so I popped in and got a good one on the spot. Faculty discount too. Yay!

Place is organized well. But half the employees lack enthusiasm when doing their job. Almost as if theyre working for free.

Great book store with alot of neat stuff

The hours are horrible. How are people who work full time suppose to go?! No weekend hours?! Ridiculous. A community college should cater more to the working adult.

Staff and the store it self is great but the hours are not good I think they have to change it because I work in the mournings.
