Had a small parking incident where I made contact with another vehicle while backing up. Left a smudge of paint and a small dent in the car door. Their estimate was $898. Ridiculous as it may have been, claims under $1,000 would not have triggered a premium increase from my insurance. But then when they submitted the claim to the insurer, they raised the amount to $1,250. (Im sure they found more problems when they took the door apart..). One star for being greedy.

About a year ago I had work done on my vehicle.. not only is the paint they used CHEAP AS HELL, the work we agreed would get done, wasn’t done. They were suppose to replace the entire driver door panel, instead of just banging it out.. well it is quiet obvious now that I can see all the sentando when the sun/light shines on the door... all they did was bang out the dents and charge me for replacing the entire panel.. i had to pay for my own rental... and, their warranty SUCKS!! As in, they actually dont warranty ANYTHING!! They damaged my interior and would not compensate... and then gave me attitude when I had to take the car back to fix the automatic on the window that wouldn’t work after they worked on the car.. never again, and do I not recommend! I am only giving them 2 stars because their attitude is professional, while they are screwing you.
