Took my car there for a tune up. Very friendly staff. They dont treat me like Im dumb because Im a female and try to overprice me. You can tell they genuinely love cars and working on them. Didnt get any bad vibes. I received a tune up and oil change for my 98 bmw. They broke down the prices and I felt comfortable paying that.

They are scam. They screwed my bimmer 750 and lost many screws and now the car doesn’t move. Guys really don’t waste money or time there. Plus they said they changed some parts which never happened to get changed

My car broke down as I got to NJ. I had it towed there after a recommendation from bimmerforums. They fixed it quickly and didnt try to scam me for more. Unfortunately I dont live in the area or Id come back for furthur work that I need done to my N54.

Pricing and wait time was very reasonable given the job and their constant flow of customers. I got my dead battery replaced and an oil change for an Infiniti coupe. The guys were all very friendly and professional, so Id definitely come back for future services. Theres also a quality bagel place across the street where you can grab a bite while waiting.

I first contacted Auto Dynamics to do some work on my car in June 2020. After getting an estimate, which sounded reasonable, I dropped my car off for service. After not hearing anything for a few days, I called the shop and told them the car would be ready by 6 pm that day. I asked Rob if it was okay to pick up first thing in the morning, and was told absolutely. I show up the next morning, and the car is not ready. (First red flag!).They did call me later that day, and did confirm the car was ready. I went an picked it up the next day. Annoyingly, one of the tires was punctured when I picked it up. I had to take to a tire shop to get the screw removed and the tire plugged.After having the car for a few days, I was driving on the highway, and the under engine panel FELL OFF the car! Of course I suspected Autodynamics did not remount the panel properly, so I contacted Rob and he said bring the car back. I was able to zip tie the panel back, and limped the car to Robs shop.After I dropped the car off, I was told it should be ready that day. I didnt hear anything so I called the next morning. Rob told me that my car was BROKEN INTO! He told me the drivers side window was broken, and he assured me that he would take of the repairs.After having the car for a week, and not hearing anything. I called Rob, and he said his glass guy is working on the repair now. At this point he also told me that not only is the window broken, but so is the drivers side mirror. It would take him several days to get the drivers side mirror.By now, I havent had my car for a week, and really needed it back. So the plan was for me to pick up the car with the fixed window, and bring it back when Rob receives the new mirror.So I go to pick up the car, and very unhappy with what I saw. They didnt bother to clean up any of the broken glass. The interior is covered with shards of glass. After speaking with Rob, it was clear he hadnt order the new mirror yet, and didnt know when he would get it but would let me know.So I take the car home, and its basically un-driveable. The window was not installed properly, and the wind noise is completely unbearable. Also, the replacement window as not OEM glass, it was cheap Chinese made XYG tempered glass.I called Rob and expressed how disappointed I was. He assured me that he would replace the glass with OEM glass, and get the mirror. He would order the glass and mirror, and let me know when I can bring the car back.After contacting Rob a few more times, he kept giving me the run around. At this point, Im not prepared to invest any more of my time dealing with Rob, and I dont even want Rob or his employees touching my car. Its truly been a terrible experience dealing with them, and if they work on my car, Im assuming theyll just do a poor job and screw something else up.I had to take the car to another shop to get the window fixed. The mechanic told me whoever touched my window totally butchered the repair.Oh, and the under body paneled was still not mounted properly.Stay away from these clowns.

I love this shop! The staff is very friendly and trustworthy. A few people told me about this place and how nice and how honest about their work they are. They dont scam you like most shops do. Ive been a client since last year and Im very satisfied with how they work. They changed my battery and in 20 minutes I was out of there! Theyre fair and very efficient.

What an amazing garage! I was traveling long distance to the area for a funeral when my BMW died in the middle of a busy intersection on the way to the service. In between the burial and the repast I found this shop and brought the car. Within 10 minutes they analyzed what the problem was and promised to fix it during the meal. And they kept their word. And they didnt charge me an arm and a leg like a dealership would have. It was an emotional day and I burst into tears. They could have taken advantage of me but didnt. I cant thank you enough. You made a horrible day so much better.

My wife is hi risk for covid. I wanted to get an oil change but asked that the tech wear a mask while driving my car into the shop, or to let me drive it in. They did not even have a mask! Do not go near here if you or a family member is hi risk for covid. Ive been going here for years and am disappointed by their failure to give their employees masks. Its the law and its common sense to protect employees and the public.

Best shop ever, period! All the mechanics are truly skilled at what they do, and the workers are very friendly! He noticed that my cooling line and one of my vacuum lines were going to start leaking soon so he replaced them at NO ADDITIONAL COST! Definitely recommended don’t go anywhere else. These guys are truly experts at what they do, and on top of that, have amazing prices!

I take my 09 BMW 335i and my fiancées 06 BMW 325xi here and they always treat me like family. Rob, Todd and the mechanics know their stuff and charge very fair prices for parts and labor. Theyre always quick to let me come by the shop when I have an issue, big or small. BMW of Springfield said I needed new control arms, they checked them thoroughly and test drove it and said they were fine. True, honest mechanics. Highly recommend them!

The Good:Shop does good work. They are honest in their pricing. They have good mechanics. They dont try to rip you off. Honesty is very good here. they are very honest in what they do.The bad:1. Front desk has no organization and can not print out an estimate.They estimate on a piece of paper and have no idea of electronic records. Receptionist is completely not knowledgeable about cars, parts or anything and one of the mechanics has to do double duty as front desk and as a mechanic. With no written estimate, number of estimated hours for the job might change as the job is being done.2. No system of getting cars in and out efficiently. Complete lack of organization.3. They dont honor appointments.4. This is a young crowd ; Im 49. They have a bunch of friends that love cars and hang out in the area. If a newer hot-rod comes in, they all seem to come out to look at it and all work in the shop stops. Work on friends cars pulled near the door of the garage, and not in the order of the cars coming in. Club atmosphere.5. Jobs are not scheduled by complexity, or difficulty...or appointment. If you are friendly with one of the mechanics, you go in ahead of someone, no matter when youve arrived. Very poor organizational skills.Summary: you get what you pay for. Expect good pricing but very long wait times. Look for a more professional environment.

This guy who wrote this review is a scammer. He tried to use his insurance company to pay his bill and they denied him so now he wants his money back. HORRIBLE PLACE STAY AWAYHey guys I have an 07 BMW 525i. I heard some knocking noise so I took it in. I met a guy named Rob who looked at my car with a few other guys. After a while they told me I needed new struts. I had my struts replaced and the noise got louder. A few weeks later I took it back (because I was out of the state) and they looked at it again. They told me I needed new control arms, I paid them for OEM control arms and they said they installed it and everything should be fine. A few hours after the installation I was on my way to Upstate NY when the noise got worse and a bunch of status lights went off on my car. I pulled into the nearest BMW and had them look at my car. Turns out that this company not only ripped me off and put in aftermarket parts instead of the OEM ones but these guys also incorrectly installed the parts causing more damage to my car. I contacted them for a refund they told me to ship the parts back and they will refund me my money. That was almost 4 months ago. Currently consulting with a lawyer building a case to sue those bastards not only for fraud but also for endangering my life and the life of the occupants in the car.Turns out that a tie rod had some issues and it was a $200... 10 minute fix.

Great bmw service also took my Audi a4 in to get smoke tested for a boost leak and they treated me with great respect and made sure everything was running right on my car.

Honest and professional, that is the least I can say about that place.Thanks Rob.
