If I could give this place no stars I honestly would, I live an hour and a half away from this location and drove here on my day off to have my time waisted. About a month ago I was car shopping for an Audi A3. I came across this site and instantly called for info about the car. Knowing that I live very far I asked every question I could so I wouldnt waste my time but I was wrong. I called over the phone getting straight to the point asking for the door price of the car including all fees, taxes everything !!! I specifically said I live in south jersey and would be registering the car there. I asked as well if the title was in there name or a reassignment and I was told a false out the door price different from when I got there and the title wasnt in their name after I repeatedly asked the woman over the phone that question. When I got there the price was not the same. I felt as though this place tried to take advantage of me because I was young but I know these tricks from these dealerships. The amount of the car that was on the website wasnt even on the bill of sale, they included bs hidden fees within the unit price and put that on the buyers orders without explaining the fees I was charged besides register, lien fees, and state tax. Honestly I was furious and the manager made me more upset because he didnt even take accountability or talk to his employees for giving out false info over the phone. This is not how you run a business, if your call center is giving false info over the phone they shouldnt be working there. After car searching for almost 2 months I just now got the car I wanted from a different dealership. They had a sale if they knew how to conduct business !

We purchased our car from NJ State Auto in August 2020. It’s now March 2021 and we’ve still yet to receive our license plates. Over the past 6 months, I’ve called 15+ times, asking when we can expect our plates. They’ve continued to tell me they don’t have them and that they will follow up to determine what the hold up is, and then they will call me back. They have never called me back. Still waiting.UPDATE: Sam, the manager at NJ State Auto, contacted me and we were able to resolve the license plate issue within a matter of days. He contacted me on a Friday and by Monday my plates were ready. He did a great job of expediting my plates.

I bought a car here late November. Experience was easy and nice so I have no complaint on that. I was told it would only take 2 weeks for my plates to arrive. The problem starts when my temporary tags are about to expire. I called and they said I can just show them a paper stating the extension of the expiration in case my tags expired and I dont have my plates (almost as if they knew I was not going to receive my plates after the temporary tags expire..) I did not pay much attention to it after 2 months. I thought when the plates arrive, theyll arrive and thats it. I got pulled over twice for my expired tags. Luckily I was not given a summons. I have no title, no registration sticker, and no plates. I am basically driving the car illegally simple as that. After I was pulled over I left the car just sitting in front of my apartment for almost another 2 months. (Keep in mind I bought the car for my job. My job to the nearest place for transportation is a 2 mile walk) I just recently started bringing my car again to work and tried to get to the bottom of whats going on. I called the DMV 5 times and they keep saying im not in the system. I call the dealership and theyre saying they dont know when the DMV will process is but When they process it they will process it. I was then told if I want my plates in 2 weeks then I have to do an inspection, change the insurance and they will send the information to a bureau. Not sure how that makes sense. If Im not getting anywhere with the DMV how will my plates magically apear if I do A, B and C? Im not sure what to do at this point. It just feels where ever I go Im getting lied to just so that they dont have to tell me the truth. Its been over 6 months there should be ABSOLUTELY no excuse that I dont have my title, registration sticker and plates.

I’ve been waiting for my plates almost 3 months now and they keep telling me exactly what they told everyone here who complained about not getting their platesThey even went as far and said I could get the car inspected without the plates and when I went they told me I can’t do it without the plates,so I’m just stucked here with no plates or nothing at allI wish I could put no stars because you guys don’t deserve any

I was in the process of buying a vehicle from them. Im out of state so I hired an inspection company to look at the vehicle first. I let them know on Friday that the inspectors would be there on Monday. When the inspector showed up the car was sold. So now Im out $180 for nothing. There was zero communication from anyone to let me know it sold so I could cancel the inspector and get my money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.. the price you see online is not the official price.. the price you see is the number they use to reel you in before they add a destination fee ($985), PDI fee ($1981) & vin etch fee ($991). not including taxes, doc fee and dmv fees.. I asked several time if there were any hidden fees and they told me no the price I see is the final price. Do not walk into this establishment.
