This UPS location is awesome! Staff is always very friendly even if their customers are frustrated. Never lose their cool and provide great service everytime I come here and get serviced myself or when I see them servicing other customers. They offer printing and designing of all your painting needs. Obviously they ship and pack and offer pack and ship guarantee. They do shredding, passport photos and Notary as well. So, along with all the services they provide, what makes this location stand out is staff. Definitely recommend this location.

I have been interested in calligraphy for about a year and was interested in seeking help from a graphic designer. I was not satisfied until I worked with Jeff at UPS. He is a wonderful person to work with and he’s very cooperative and ready and willing to help even with the many revisions I requested. I highly recommend him. The other workers in the store have also been very helpful and cooperative. I give the entire team 5 stars.

Ive never had an experience like This in UPS store. They are very professional very friendly very respectful and as well they do passport pictures! what I can say - real professionals!I came to pickup some old mail and the whole process took less than 5 minutes. I was very happy that they have a really good customer!And also I had to drop off a package from amazon and they even taped the Box!I appreciate that specific business and This Is real impression that UPS as a company has because I have been to a different location and its wasnt even close to that so I would say that the best location the diver been its right there and I think that UPS supposed to know that👏👏👏

She truly understands what the service business is all about, and she guides her team to provide highly professional, friendly, and caring service for customers. I would definitely give them a 5 for their service!! They really serve this community in good faith. We, as customers, very much appreciate it! Hope there will be even more good things coming out of this neighborhood store!

We had an issue with a closing package that needed to be notarized. Sia from the branch held our hand through the entire process and stayed on the line with us until she was SURE our issue had been resolved. My clients recommended me this place to design and print my fliers. One of them said there was a friendly guy who printed her a neat job in one day, was very professional and all staff was friendly. A couple days I went and this guy Im guessing a different guy, very rude and unprofessional very entitled said he couldnt understand my accent he was evidently not white so I do not get the racism there.

The team on this UPS IS REALLY HELPFUL, always welcoming and smiling. They look happy to work there! A great thank you to all of them!

Even after paying $45 for a .20 pound package they cannot guarantee a delivery on time. My package was suppose to be delivered at 10:30 am. After delay of almost 3 hours all they can give you an answer is that the package is in transit. If i had knew that there is no guarantee of delivery on time. I would have never spent so much money. On top of that there is no certain reply from anywhere regarding my package status.

I love this store!!!! everyone is really kind and professional!I have worked with Jonny for different work and personal projects and he is quick and efficient. I prefer to come here even if is farther.

I use them for printing out menus and posters for my restaurant. They do a far better job then any other printer Ive used in the past. Wouldnt recommend printing through anyone else.
