I have been with Verizon for 18 years. I was very apprehensive about changing services but I went to T-Mobile to check it out. I worked with Allan and he said “I got you” and set me up. He answered all my questions and there were many lol. I am so happy I made the change; it’s more customer service than I received in many years since I have used Verizon. Nobody had me at Verizon for quite some time that’s why I made the change and Allan was very helpful and patient to walk me through the process. I absolutely had the best experience upgrading my parent’s phones at this T-Mobile location! The staff were experienced, friendly, and accommodating. I went to buy a new phone and this was my second visit for a second device that I bought from them. I had sprint before and they took the phone to change the sim card to t mobile. In the process, they used my Google account from my phone to give themselves a 5 star rating without my permission. Their service deserves 5 stars otherwise but Im giving them one star for invasion of privacy. Their sale process is nice and they are good to visit to for service but playing with peoples phones without permission is not acceptable. Please be aware of it. They are lucky that Im not complaining to the corporate.PS : they used my wifes phone to do the same and shes definitely complaining to the corporate.

Mickey is the best! He is very helpful, informative, honest patient! He is very well versed on the plans and phones and gives you honest advice on what best you. He was able to get the phones we needed and held them for us till we were able to get there! Customer service is above and beyond in this store! Paloma was patient & understanding when it came to transferring over 3 of our phones into the newest iPhones ! Luckily they had 3 copy’s saved for us from the prior day it’s safe to say the staff here keeps their word & is dedicated to helping us have a easier experience.

I transferred my family plan with AT&T to T-Mobile at the beginning of September. Mickey was very knowledgeable about the plan, the promotions and what could best fit our needs. He’s patient and addressed all the questions that I had. There were some issues on porting in one of the numbers and it was not resolved until 2 weeks later. T-Mobile could have done a better job on handling the technical issues but to give Mickey credits, he helped placing multiple lengthy calls to T-Mobile to get it resolved. I know my unsatisfaction on T-Mobile’s customer service should not discount the great service that Mickey provided and I valued his dedication on serving his clients.

Switched from Verizon to Sprint 4 years ago, at this Store. Paid less than half my Verizon bill for better options. Have stayed with them. Hicksville Store is VERY professional. Mickey, the manager, has incredible patience for my wife and I who are senior citizens, and not necessarily the most technically savvy, especially my wife. Thats why we keep going back.

Went to this store which recently converted from sprint to tmobile.Was just inquiring, But Mickey and Esmirna was so knowledgable and patient, That they made me switch 4 lines from at&t and also helped me understand the money which I paid about $1400 to at&t for buying and unlocking the device will also get reimbursed .Recommending this location to everyone very smooth transition.
