Staff are rude and awful. Talk down to you. Completely condescending. Will never give them my money.

Had a mishap with highlighting my hair late at night and ended up with highlighter brassy hair. Panicked bc I had work, I ran to this store for the first time bc I just moved. I met Luke ! Who not only has an amazing personality noticed as soon as I stepped into the store but he was very knowledgeable but most of all honest. I trusted him and knew he knew what he was talking about. Long story short great experience and will def be back for sure

If I could give this store less than one star I would -I have never in my life experienced such a horrible display of customer service the girl on shift who INSERTED herself into a conversation I was having with another employee should be fired and never allowed to work in customer service againLet me first say there was a young man who did everything he possibly could to help me. I didnt catch his name but he went above and beyond to help me and help rectify the situation I was in and this review is not for him.I had 3 items that were advertised on the Cosmoprof website for 26.95 - they must have been getting used to a new computer system because they couldnt find the deal I saw. Which i pulled up the website to show them and provide the SKU number. Again unable to find anything the young man proceeded to try to help me and give me a price match. However. This girl who was on her way out the door- and who should have left and minded her own business. Stood over him and hovered and was trying to do everything she could to get him to NOT help me when I was 100% in the right and I AM THE CUSTOMER. I proceeded to show her the advertised deal on their website and she said no no we cant do that we dont price match online I said you dont price match your OWN website ??? I have never heard of such a thing. Again the young man was willing to do it and help and she continued to hover him and tell him he couldnt do it !!!!! Needless to say she left and I got my price match from the very helpful young man he should be awarded for his time and patience and excellent display of customer service. Based on the reviews Ive seen of this store it doesnt seem uncommon that they have rude and nasty employees. I phoned to corporate to inform them of my encounter because i was so appalled by the customer service I received from this young woman and I will NEVER return to this location again !!

Great selection of professional products and friendly staff that Ill answer questions. Luke is especially welcoming and knows the all the products very well. Hes always ready to help.
