This is one of my favorite GameStops! Even when the store is packed and there is a lot of customers and Chaos going on the employees are always calm and polite and trying their best to help everyone who needs help. The employees are also very knowledgeable on the games and systems

A real robbery to kids everywhere, took my son in to exchange a couple of games for a new one and they only want to give him $7 for a 2019 nba game that wasnt even open the game priced at walmart for $40 dollars again I say robbery of of children

Im only giving 2 stars due to the woman asking me during last purchase if i would like to add my email. The guy is absolutely horrible. He watches me spend in there every week..at least $50 per purchase with the exception of this 1 time today. His attitude is terrible and he shows a difference between men that come in and the women. My son is a major gamer and I wont spend another dime there. I had to request that he look up my email or add a new 1, i guess he did since he asked for it but that was it, he said have a good day but it i still asked more about the rewards and he seemed to get an attitude, which would have gained more business due to me being able to save costs. Im done with them, I will drive across town.
Always take good care of my son. Hes only seven so some games he be wanting and he cant say the name of it lol and the guy that been over forever. The guy also be on utube. Funny as hell but anyway he knows just what hes talking about. Best place for game heads. Salute

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Regularly is closed before posted closing times. Tried coming to this location on three separate occasions and the doors were closed and locked. Either stay open or change your posted store hours. Youve lost my business. Not coming to this location again

Horrible customer service . I ask for the recent call of duty game and she ask me why do I talk like that and starts making fun of my voice for her amusement because she bored at work. Very immature and unprofessional never goin back in that game stop again
My go to gamestop. The staff is fun, theyll joke around with you while providing great assistance. If they dont have an item they can get it or get you too where you need to grab it. If they cant they dont make any false promises.
