James is the definition of wonderful customer service . He goes above and beyond for anyone that walks through that door. I came in absolutely distraught after some personal things were going on and not only did he make sure my package was returned, he came out from behind the desk and gave me a huge hug . This man is one of the best human beings and he deserves a raise and all the good things in life !
I had a gentleman name James help me with a obituary for my sister when she passed. He was very helpful and kind. I never even thought about doing a obituary at the UPS store but with James knowledge and great customer service it was a great experience. Thank you for everything James I will definitely be back!
Omg I love Dropping packages off for the first time ever. Literally the gentleman name is James makes you feel like you are a family. He is super sweet and tries to know all his customers by name. I look forward to walking in and seeing all they’re smiling faces and their customer service is top notch.
I really appreciate the great service we received earlier this month. Our organization needed a design for our flyer to be printed and the challenge was met with willingness to serve and with patience. James is the example of great customer service. I live in Louisville but I gladly travel to Jeffersonville to this location because of the customer service I received. The young man named James was very kind and patient with me the first time I stepped foot in this establishment and when I came back months later he remembered me and greeted me with a smile. I can tell he loves his job and that he also loves working with people because of the way he handled me. James is a rare find!!!!
I Always come to this UPS Store Location and I always drive past 2 other locations before I get here. This sweet and nice lady name Brittany is always helpful and smiling and very polite. She has waited a couple of times on me. I really like this location. Keep on smiling Brittany and don’t ever change your kindness and helpfulness.
I love coming here. The girls are always super nice and knowledgeable. I always see Elaina cleaning and making sure she is attentive to the customers that come in which is super awesome! I will definitely be returning to this store for my future shipment needs.

This place is my office out in the field. James and Sheryl treat me like family. They are friendly and professional EVERY TIME I come into the store. Not only do I have a mailbox here, I also print, have marketing materials made, fax and have documents notarized. It’s a one stop shop

Terrible packing. Destroyed sculpture in March. No packing peanuts. No fragile markings. This side up marking next to label placed upside down. Had to destroy it to read label. Have sent photos I’d damage four times. They say they have called. They have not. Insurance was purchased. Will not honor claim and reimburse for damage or shipping charge.
Had to leave after standing waiting to drop off Amazon return because the only employee had to stop and talk about her tattoos and piercings. I have a tattoo but I also have a ball game to get my kids to. Guess I’ll have to find another location.

I’ve never given a one star review anywhere but this place is terrible. James, the gentleman that is usually at the counter is absolutely the most rude human I’ve ever met. I asked how his day was and he looked at me as if I were disgusting for asking.
Second time visiting this store on a Saturday. The man that works there is so rude. Not funny, no sarcastic, not witty....just plain rude. I asked how things are going and his response what response will make you happy young lady?. I was just offering idle conversation because he seemed down. I thought quite a bit about the exchange trying to determine if he thought I was down or rude becauae his response was so strange. That was a few weeks ago. Today an older man was asking wheres your help today?. The rude man behind the counter said am I not moving fast enough for you sir?. The man was just being nice and once again making conversation.Your employee has an attitude problem and I will drive quite the distance to avoid your store in the future.If he doesnt enjoy human interaction maybe another position should be suggested.
James is an absolute gem! He always greets me with a smile on his face and happy, helpful attitude. I go there fairly often to pickup packages and have never had an unpleasant experience. The store is always clean and orderly and the entire staff have always been very professional and friendly.

Went there today to return a package, I walk in and the guy that was sitting behind the counter said to me in a very rude manner that I would have to wait outside because only 4 people are allowed inside at one time. (Never saw a sign stating this), when I finally get to the counter, he motions and says put the box down there, again in a rude manner! After the transaction is done he just hands me the receipt and doesnt say anything, will never go back there again! Why in the world would you allow someone with that attitude to work there??
I was shocked and a bit saddened to read some of the negative reviews about this UPS Store and the man behind the counter. His name is James and hes never been anything but nice to me. He has had some health issues and, perhaps, these reviewers caught him on a day when he just wasnt feeling well? I cant say and I dont doubt their experience but it has certainly not been mine. Everyone in the store has been fantastic.

Went there on Sept 31st to ship back Spectrum equipment. I drove an hour to get there . The lady working there told me their system was down to do that. I asked if I could leave it there with her until it came up because I wanted credit from spectrum for returning it and she said no. She opened my box, found an old fed ex label slapped it on there and told me to take it to Walgreens. I explained to her that I did not have time to do that. She said OH YES YOU DO, NOW YOU TAKE THAT OVER TO WALGREENS AND THEY WILL TAKE IT! I did not take it there because #1 thats not what spectrum told me to do. #2 the label she found was old. I dont recommend this place to anyone!! I even called the owner who said she would get back with me but she never did, of course!
Ive only used the store 3 times but although not outright rude not friendly either first 2 times.One time I just stood there while the person was on the computer for a bit of time.Saying I will be with you in just a moment would have been nice.Second time stood in line of about 5 people for a very long time.3rd time a charm.A younger blond lady was friendly fast and efficient. She even helped me while customer in front held up line to fill out paperwork cause all I had was a drop off to Amazon.
The store itself is nice and well organized but the customer service is horrible. i have been to the store 4 times and every time i have went i had rude service from a gentleman who is their full time employee. lack of personality and manners. they are lucky there is not much competition otherwise they would lose business.
The man that works there must not like people or has had a really bad life..I felt the need to pray for Him for his less than charming way..I wont be back for any service 😕

From the time I struggled to open the door, with no offer to help, to the time I left, the girl working at the store was on her cell phone. She only spoke to me to ask if I wanted a receipt. No hello. No how can I help you, nothing. Poor and unprofessional service.
Never any issues with packages arriving at destination, however there are two suggestions for this location. One, getting in the door when you have a package in your hands can be somewhat troubling. Door opens out so if you don’t have a hand free it can be a difficult entry, changing the door to accommodate swinging in would definitely be more customer friendly. Second: service is awful. Not friendly, borderline rude. Staff have actually watched me struggle to get in the door while standing behind the counter with no other customers. But that’s not the only time the counter people have been rude, they don’t smile or even greet you let alone say thank you or have a nice day. It’s as if your bothering them by using the service. I would go to another location but it’s much further out of my way. Frankly, it’s the owner/managers responsibility to properly train staff. Customer service is your business and you “stink” at it. However, I guess it’s all about how you were raised. Fortunately I don’t have to send many packages that are not related to my work or I would definitely find an alternative. Right now my company prefers UPS so it’s not my call but in the future if they ask for input you are getting a thumbs down.

This store is the worst. I do not recommend doing business here. I had a over night delivery for Friday morning last week did not show up until monday. I paid the maximum price to make sure it was delivered on friday, I tracked it and it showed up to the destination city on early friday morning but never made it to the location. I called and asked for a refund since I did not get the service I asked for and now I am getting the run around and can not get the owners to reach out to me.
Was just helped by James and he was super helpful and polite. Helped me with an Amazon return and made it super easy and painless. Give this man a raise.
I will be finding a new place in the future for my shipping. They lost a package last year that they never paid for. Now I have a broke item from shipping getting nothing but the run around. Shipping new item to my customer at my cost $850 is what I’m now out. Use this store at your own risk.
First time to go to this UPS Store to pick up a package - the service was rude. It was surprising given the actual delivery service I have enjoyed from UPS over many years. Why isnt whoever oversees this store doing better? Or is this typical of UPS Store service everywhere?

Most of the employees are rude
I have used this location for more than 10 years for my primary business mail box address. Staff has always been helpful and they have assisted me with my various business needs. They have received 100s of packages for me and made many copies, faxes, shipments, etc. I appreciate their help.
I have been shipping with them for years always satisfied with their customer service. Brittany, James and Cheryl are always pleasurable and go out of their way to help me. I will always go to this UPS over any other store.
Staff is generally rude and unfriendly. There are not knowledgeable of UPS policies or procedures, and they change these policies based on what level of effort they feel like putting forth. Drive the extra 3 miles and go to Staples if you have to ship UPS, they are more knowledgeable and helpful.
This place charges outrageous prices! I wanted to send something regular mail in a envelope and they wanted to charge me $13,95 to mail it and $14.00 to put in the envelope for me which they called it packing cost. I went around the corner in the same complex and there is a post office store and the did the same thing for $6.00. Save yourself some money and dont go here. Also it would be delivered one day quicker than this place.
I stopped by this location on my lunch today to drop off a couple of packages. I got there at 1:35 and found the door locked with a handwritten note taped to the door saying, Out to lunch. Be back at 2:30. Not something you can do in business when the hours clearly state 8:30am - 7pm. I called and filed a complaint with UPS. The lady that filed my complaint agreed that it was unacceptable for the store to close down in the middle of the day. While I was sitting in the parking lot, on the phone filing my complaint, 6 people went up to the door and were obviously upset that the store was closed. Then, right as I was about to leave, an older gentlemen went up to the door, punched in a code, and walked right in. I thought he was going to open the store up... nope. He grabbed and envelope off the counter and walked right back out, locking the door behind him. Unacceptable and unprofessional. You shouldnt post your hours in the window and online if youre not going to be open during those hours.

I have to use this store frequently for work. I have been informed at several UPS stores that there is a cost ($1.00) for taping packages no matter how small. On this occasion, I made sure to tape my package but the woman at the counter insisted that I still pay for the plastic sleeve that UPS uses to insert labels and attach to the box! This was news to me. First of all, this is a company OPERATING cost. Secondly, common sense would suggest that this isnt a real policy given the fact that you dont pay for the cup at a restaurant. You pay for the drink. We pay for delievery so why am I covering the supplies for this business to operate? Lastly, the woman was rude as usual, not synthetic, and unwelcoming. I plan to email UPS corporate about this greed.
Ive always received my items during a good part of the day and never missed a single one. Here lately though the deliveries have been getting later in the day. One thing Id change is the delivery time so that Im not expecting my package by 3 and sitting around waiting at 4:30.

This store loses packages that Price signs for as arriving. Caused me nothing but headaches for hours one night because whoever signs for packages is lazy and doesnt verify all packages are actually delivered to Access Point. UPS was on the phone with me and was shocked that the store signs without verifying. Woman that was helping me informed me that the person that signs for packages arriving doesnt actually check if all the boxes are delivered, and just signs for all of them at once. The employee acted like that was acceptable. She offered no number for me to call and no insight into what happened, said she had no idea who the driver was, and no way to contact anyone to find out, didnt care at all about my situation, very poor customer service skills, looked like she was ready to go home. This is the fourth time I have had rude interactions here. Employees are frequently rude and seem annoyed when they have to get up or help you with suggestions or prices.

This was my first time visiting/using UPS. I had the unpleasant experience of having James at the Jeffersonville store. He litterally rolled his eyes at me once, told me he didnt know anything about shipping a package. He was very disinterested and not helpful in the least. Didnt want to get out of his seat or lift his arm to even grab the slip of paper I tried to hand him. I just hope my package arrives!
I took a framed art print in on 3/17/15 for this store to pack/ship. I was told it would go out on 3/18. I After tracking it for 2 days and seeing it was going nowhere, I went back to store on 3/20 to see the package was still sitting out, not packed and shipped as promised. I was told it needed a special size box which was suppose to be brought over on 3/18 but as of 3/20 it still wasnt there. I have now been told it will be shipped out 3/23, 5 days later than promised. Lucky for me the buyer is a patient person. This store has POOR communication skills as they had my telephone number and could have called me to report the delay but failed to do so. The associates were professional and apologized profusely for the delay. I still wont be using this stores services in the future, instead opting for FedEx or USPS.

Unprofessional and almost rude. I tried them a little more than a year ago and hoped they had changed. Even if I have to travel much further I will go to another UPS store if I have to ship UPS again.
The owner said no packages, when I knew of 19. 3 hrs after we had a few words, he called usps and ups and returned all of them. Took a month to straighten out. Worst place ever.
