They didnt wear masks and didnt really care if their papers about the cars were accurate. They gave us the key and off we went. I did take pics after I got a lady to come look at the dents and scratches that were already on the car b4 we left. We only drove 15 miles but had to fill almost 4 gallons into the tank b4 it would show the amount it was supposed to have b4 we left the lot. I also thought it was 69 cents for the mile but after we got back they told us just leave the key and bye. So I dont know how much they will charge us after we left.. I dont like it that they can charge however much they want without telling us first.Well, got a bill of 10$ more bc they filled the tank after I gave him the receipt of us getting 4 gal of gas for 15 miles. I went there and got my money back. But be careful it cost more than 69 cent a mile.

I havent even left with my truck yet and can tell you I will never rent from here again. 5 customers on line and only one slow person checking everyone in and out. Why do businesses think my time has no value???

Had a very disappointing experience at UHaul recently - very much out of the ordinary. The company was very quick to address the problem and correct the issue. THAT is the type of service I have come to expect from them.Thanks for your high integrity and support.

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WITH A STORAGE UNIT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING A UNIT WITH THIS LOCATION. The walls don’t even come up all the way, and the “ceiling” is made out of a plush material, if you push hard enough on the material it will lift up and you can literally see into the units next to you. The gap opens wide enough to fit a body through it. I had EVERY SINGLE PAIR of my shoes stolen from me, over $12,000 worth of sneakers gone. The front desk was not helpful AT ALL. I pulled up, and some guy immediately asked me what was wrong, looked very suspicious. Why would you ASSUME something is wrong? I could’ve been there to purchase a new unit, but he immediately assumed something was wrong. I told him I had all my stuff stolen from my unit, not only did he not help in the slightest, he didn’t even ask me my unit number, nor verify if I had the additional protection on the unit, his only comment was “well you have to file a police report” and walked away. Unless you want everything that’s small enough to be slid into the next unit stolen from you, I don’t recommend using this place at all. Extremely unprofessional, and not secure at all. They want you to purchase a lock from them and then have it still accessible by your neighbor in the next unit. Absolutely ridiculous.

These guys are a joke. I paid for and scheduled a hitch installation over a month in advance and showed up at the 9:00 a.m appointment time. Apparently the hitch guy doesnt work mornings and they didnt have the parts in. No text, email, or phone call letting me know about the situation. Will never do business with these guys again.

Confirmed pickup location as this store and it was changed to Louisville without my knowledge.. The big guy covered in tattoos specifically a 513 tattoo, told me to take my trailer to Bardstown road so a new tire could be put on and hed add extra miles.. Come to find out, those miles were never added and they didnt document I needed a new tire. So Im paying for extra miles that I had no choice in using all because an ASSOCIATE didnt do his job... RIDICULOUS! Also, he flirts with the female customers and its gross.

Horrible customer service. Made appt, dropped off car then was told late in afternoon they didnt have time to do job. This was on a Friday and leaving for cross country trip on Monday.

Reserved a trailer online and picked up the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Pouring rain, and only one person working, so they were soaking wet, and still had to come in and out to hook up trailers and set people up with trucks. Amber still was professional and helpful through the whole process.

Not a fan of being lied to and not informed about my vehicle. Had an appointment to put a hitch on my truck. Waited 6 hours after the time it was to be completed to call them and see what was wrong, only to be told the wrong parts were ordered and I have to wait 3-4 business days for the correct ones to come in.

I needed propane gas February 21 at 2:50 pm work hours and the workers could not give me the service because supposedly on Sundays they do not give that service when I have come other times and they have sold me my gas that I need so much to heat my mobile home I am very upset with the work team that I work today

I reserved the truck a week in advance and they call me as Im putting in to tell me they dont have the truck and want me to drive 25 miles OUT of the way to get a truck from another uhaul in another town! They were rude and made me feel like it was my fault for NOT wanting to drive the 25 miles and pay for the .99cents per mile extra! I wouldnt use the Jeffersonville or Floyd Knobs uhaul! They are NOT good business owners!!

I had a horrible experience. I picked the truck up and because they Didn’t have the truck I want it I had to pay extra money and I made a reservation. After returning the truck they clean I went 87 miles however the truck was never a town in with the correct amounts on them. When I walk out the location the lady answered the phone I told her what I needed and she hung up on me. I called customer service let customer service know that I was going over there. The manager Amber is a horrible manager has no customer service skills whatsoever. If this is what you want to go for no customer service to win sure you have this is the place for you.

I found the employees to be very helpful and professional. My only complaint is that the fees are fairly extraordinary, and add up at a breathtaking pace. Price aside, Ill definitely be returning to this U-Haul facility again!

Worst experience ever! I had a truck reserved for 1130 for five hours. No truck for me, my reservation had been kicked out. A truck appeared at 1210, I told them I would do my best to return it by 1700.I had the truck for 5 hours and 20 minutes, returning at 1730 and was charged an extra day!I do not reccomend this place and will call Mr Penske from now on.

Have rented from here many times before with no issues until this time. I clearly stated in front of the manager I have known for a while that I wanted my van from Friday to Monday. I get a call Friday evening saying I am late returning my rental. I call and get the Corp people. They extend my rental until Monday as planned but now I am being charged more money for originally being late. If the manager of this location doesn’t fix this on Monday when I return it I will never use this location again.

The day I went in was to look at my trailer piece for my brakes. The worker was swamped because of how busy it was and he was by himself. Under staffed for sure. But the guy went out of his way to fit me in and get my device fixed. He was awesome. Some of the best service Ive ever had honestly. I even tipped him and said by your family dinner tonight because thats how good he was at his job and really didnt have to fit me in.

Ive went here a few different times before for things but today was my first day using a trailer. First off the lady who has tattoos and glasses was easily the most painful person to talk to ever. Get a new job if you hate it that much. Next I get the trailer and its described a 5x9 trailer in reality its 4 feet wide, luckly my tractor just fit in it. Leads me to the next complaint but Ive rented these utility trailers before and they ramp was fully functional. All the sudden this location has chains welded to the ramp gate and it is completely flat now and how do they expect anyone to load anything? Even on the website it says great for ATVs and etc? Ill do whatever I can to never use there trailer services again.

They gave our reservation away to someone else literally 15 minutes before pick up. Really irritating when youve been planning this move all day. The man was really nice but last spoke to a female who gave our reservation away and on top of it, it was the last rental. Thanks!

Fast and efficient. Spent $40 getting a uhaul and delivering mine amd my sisters furniture. Beats the $200 the furniture store was gonna charge us.

Had the truck size I needed at the last minute and good rates. Only problem was we didnt know where to drop it off once the impound lot closed. We just guessed and parked it in the side alley.

Absolutely the worst place to rent from. Returned truck with more gas then I was given on deliver, still charged for fuel at return. Do yourself a favor and go to Budget, at least they give you a truck with a full tank so it takes the guessing out of filling it back up after the rental. If you must rent from this crooked company use a credit card so you can charge back when they screw you over

I have used them for truck and trailer rentals, hitch and wiring installations, and troubleshooting wiring issues since I moved to Clarksville in the 80s. No one is perfect, but these people are ready, able and willing to help. They keep later and more hours than other uHauls and it has always been a pleasant experience dealing with them. I dont know names, I cant recall any time I have been disappointed with their service. Mike G.

TAKE A PHOTO OF THE INSIDE OF YOUR CAB AND TRAILER before and after use because they are trying to charge me 278.00 for a dolly they never had in the truck. Spoke with the “GM” for her just to Hang up on me because she was frustrated. I believe Amber was her name will never use U-Haul again

Only competent Uhaul associate I dealt with. !!!!!!! Uhaul got too big and disorganized and makes you deal with websites and associates in other states when you want to make reservations and plan your move.

Easy to get to and the employees are nice and great knowledge about your needs.
