What an amazing facility! I went in with a live edge headboard idea and got excellent customer service from Trevor. He picked through slabs (which required a forklift) and was patient and helpful. I was a bit indecisive but never felt rushed. I felt that the prices were fair as well. Highly recommend and will be a return customer.

We found this place when we were working on some projects with our kiddos. The staff was unbelievably helpful and nice. Their selection of wood was great! This store is wonderful to have so close by!!

I am a hobbyist woodworker always struggling to find quality/dried hardwood. Ran across Trevor at Marwood and he was amazing. Very helpful especially given that I am not a commercial buyer, just a guy looking for some wood. He was very very helpful and the woood is awesome!!!

You can’t imagine what a rare gem is Marwood. The people are great, and the service is great, especially Charlie and Larry—but what’s amazing is the inventory. Holy moly—you can make something absolutely stunning from the cuts they have. How did I not know about this place? I am going to do several more projects using their wood—so excited.

Extremely dissappointed with the customer service I received. According to the website, the office hours are 9a-4p....nowhere does it state that no one can help you between 12-1p. I was asked to come back because 3 people were busy sitting in the front office. Well Marwood, you just lost a sale and the best advertising is word of mouth which definitely you rate the amongst the poorest!
