Riverside has a wonderful selection of premium cigars. The owner and staff are amazing and are more than willing and able to answer any questions you have about your selection. The ambiance is great and it is a super fun and relaxing place to hang out and smoke a stogie.

This was a decent place to stop by at and have a drink and cigar. They definitely have a regular crowd here most of them are very friendly. Some of the staff seemed to have a chip on their shoulder and couldve been friendlier the bar tender was very attentive. But over all pretty ok place to have a smoke.

Well overall the atmosphere is decent my only complaint is the fella at the counter brought me a stale and cracked cigar when I mentioned it to him he huffed and puffed and stormed away to grab a new one and came back set it on the counter and wouldn’t even look at me. Not to mention his overall bothered attitude. I hope he’s not going through something and just having a rough day but his customer service wasn’t at its best.

Stopped by this shop after having lunch at a restaurant nearby. The person behind the counter was cordial, wouldn’t describe him as friendly. The frustrating part of our visit came after I spent $38 on 3 cigars, we went over to the lounge section (in the cigar lounge, not bar area). We were 1/2 way through our cigars when the person came over and asked the ages of my son and his friend. I told him both were 18, and old enough to smoke. He informed us that they needed to be 21 in order to “stick around”. So, we were forced with the decision to argue or waste the remaining 1/2 of 3 decent sticks. So, we left. No “thank you” or any other recognition for our business or making us leave.I completely understand the law and rules. If that’s the rule, that’s fine. But tell me before I light up and waste the cigars. No one questioned age when I bought the cigars, and my son’s friend even purchased another cigar separate on his own.

Original Review 1/4/19: I drove nearly two hours to check out this shop because they were supposed to have a couple of cigars I was looking for. They get two stars for having them but their customer service was sub par at best. The guy running the shop, it seemed like it was a chore to help me out. I was really hoping to stay and smoke a stick but did not feel welcome at all.Update 1/7/20: I spoke with the owner Jeff and he genuinely wanted to make sure to let me know that my experience wasnt the norm there. To me it says a lot for the owner to reach out and find out what went wrong so that he can make it right, so I will give them another go. Thanks Jeff and hope to meet you in person next time.

If you dont know cigars dont go. They will treat you like a casual. I went here to buy cigars for my wedding, I dont even smoke, I was just treated very rudely because I didnt know what I was talking about. Never go here again! Or recommend to anyone!

I would say that this place is a pretty solid little cigar shop / Lounge for the area. Ive definitely been in nicer places but because theyre so close to the Kentucky Bourbon Trail they predictably had a nice selection of bourbons and scotches. The interior could do with a little decluttering and maybe some updating but other than that thats a great place.

Absolutely the best place in the downtown Louisville/Southern Indiana area to have a good cigar with good people. Nice accouterments to relax on whilst enjoying your cigar. The rooms are open and well lit adding to the atmosphere of a sophisticated smoke shop.

You couldnt ask for more in Riverside. The selection is top of the line and just keeps growing. They get exclusive sticks, limited, high dollar, and every imaginable premium cigar. Jeff really know his stuff and his staff has been well trained. Hang out here long enough and you just might see some of the better known (and even lesser known) cigar reps, manufacturers, owners, rollers, aficionados, etc. And to make matters even BETTER, there is one of the top bourbon bars in the area right next door, where one can smoke and drink in a relaxing environment. Basically you cannot go wrong here.

The best cigar bar Ive ever been to, and being from Tampa Ive been to quite a few. They have an excellent selection of cigars, a very knowledgeable and friendly staff, an excellent bar with hand crafted cocktails, and excellent food. The atmosphere is very relaxed and inviting. If you are a cigar aficionado or a first time cigar buyer you will love this place.

Way too smokey, could not imagine sitting in there for 1.5hr, the owner threw a fit about me bringing in a root beer, (unopened) said he would loose his liquor license but I assure you I have seen flasks in there before. (Must have been because I am not a regular).I get it, if you cant bring a sealed soda in a business that sells liquor then ok, rules are rules.The main humidor stayed about 64% the entire 10 min I was there.The rear corner had some type of stocking crisis because several Drew Estate packs were just thrown in there, bent packaging, dented sides, etc. I think the guy should worry a little less about sodas and more so on the product in his main humidor.The prices are about 3-6 dollars more on sticks than across the river.I did pick up a few things that my BMs dont have so I am a valid customer. Even last time in here I spent over 100.00. So I am not saying its a total waste to go there, I guess lesson learned is unless you are a regular than be prepared to get treated like it.Guy behind the counter didnt say thanks for this 100.00 sale either.
