Definitely a five star experience. This is the second time I have used this company. I called Hugh at 11 am on Friday to see if he could ship a Kerdi shower system to me by Wednesday the next week. He called me back in an hour and got my order in and shipped the same day. I ended up getting it the next day! The kit was complete and ready to be installed. Be prepared for a one man show that is quick to take your CC and order but doesnt return messages and hides behind emails. I am not sure why it takes this guy 10 days to ship out a product (he likely is a drop ship vendor for ProFlex) I placed my order on the 11th of March. After trying his website that didnt work I left a message for him to call me. He called 5-6 hours later and I placed the order over the phone. I called him again to attempt to get a receipt and a tracking number for the shipment on March 18th he said he was not in the shop and would call me later that day. He did not call. I called again on the 19th and left a message as I was going to be out of town between the 21 and 28th. If he called me back I could have informed that I would not be there for delivery and that UPS could hold the pkg. When I called on the 28th I informed him that I have no idea whats going on or where the package is. I also stated that he/UPS is responsible for the package if I didnt sign for it(unlikely in my neighborhood, but it could be stolen). The guy is extremely combative and unapologetic for not returning my calls. Incidentally he said that the shipping company sent a tracking email - this did not occur, I checked my spam and junk folders too. Not sure about the product/condition as I have yet to see the package. I will update this when I know...
