If you’re looking for great service and an amazing job fixing your vehicle, go to Phantom. I got my car fixed within one week and it came out like brand new. The staff is also very friendly, especially Sean. He took care of everything with my insurance company and had my vehicle ready exactly when he said he would. He also returned my car vacuumed on the inside, which was VERY much appreciated! I won’t be taking my vehicle anywhere else, if I need to get anything else fixed. I HIGHLY recommend Phantom.

I originally posted one star but will edit to two. I was misinformed by an employee to bring my car at a certain time, with a certain price, and certain duration of how long the work would take a week prior to showing up. I show up, and the estimate increased by $300 and the time duration increased by 4 hours. Overall, it wasnt a good experience because of the changes, and the vibe I received was not welcoming. This rating is based off the customer service I experienced. I didnt have any work done so I cant judge them on how well they perform their work. I am sure they do a good job when the work is actually done.

Fixed my back bumper and hatch looked better after then it did when I bought it.

I took a car to Sean to have repaired after a substantial front end collision. He made it look better than before and at a much better price than I could of gotten elsewhere.
