Back in April, 2020 I purchased a 2014 Subaru Forester for my granddaughter who had just graduated from college and was heading to NC for her first job. Neutz Bros had an excellent collection of vehicles and working with Tom was really easy, with no pressure. The price of the Subaru was competitive with other used car dealers and was in great condition. It had 4 new tires and was as clean as any used car that Ive looked at. There was a missing radio knob and another item (cant remember what it was) that Tom took care of right away. He also offered to work with someone in NC if there were any problems with the car during the 6 month warranty period. That gave me peace of mind, just in case there was an issue. Now 4 months later the car has been fine with no problems or issues. My granddaughter is very pleased with her Subaru. I would highly recommend Neutz Brothers if you are in the market for a good quality used car at a fair price.

I could go on and on about how wonderful our car buying experience was at Neutz Brothers. I always dread car shopping. We needed a van after welcoming a new baby to the family. I decided to look at Neutz Brothers because it is close to my work, had quite a few vans in their inventory, and they had great reviews. We took our SUV up with the intention of trading it in for a van. Tommy was extremely honest with us and recommended to try to sell it ourselves online so we would get what it was worth out of it. TL;DR - Honest, pleasant folks selling high quality cars that are ACTUALLY ready to drive off the lot.I came to Neutz Brothers on the recommendation of a friend. Initially I was skeptical because their vehicles tend to be a bit higher mileage and not the most recent years, but after doing more research I realized that the quality and maintenance of the car is far more important than the mileage or model year.I shopped at about 4 or 5 different dealerships while looking for a new car. Tommy Neutz was by far the most honest, even-handed, friendly and knowledgeable salesman I interacted with. He answered just about every question I could think of satisfactorily. He showed me a full and thorough record of all the maintenance they had done on the car (a LOT, by the way - something like $1000 worth) and gave me ample time to inspect the vehicle.He made no bones about me taking the cars I was interested in to get inspected, and when I pointed out problems my mechanics found with the cars (only fairly minor ones compared to cars from other dealers) he made sure to go ahead and fix the issues with no expectation of a price raise or a commitment to me buying the car.I felt no pressure to buy any quicker than I felt comfortable with, and while he wasnt able to haggle because they sell on pretty thin margins, he respected any concerns I had.Neutz Brothers also offers a 6 month power train warranty on all their vehicles AND a one week warranty on any dashboard lights. We dont buy cars often. The thought of having to replace one of our vehicles and going to a lot or contacting individuals on Craigs List was daunting. We spoke with an automotive concierge. After hearing our needs, he recommended Nuetz Brothers. We found a car we thought we would like at a Buechel lot and test drove there. But the owner of that lot also recommended Nuetz Brothers. The recommendations were not overstated. Tommy Neutz worked with us to find the car that was right for us. We test drove four and there was no pressure or rush. When we finally decided, Tommy connected us with local financing that was at lower rate and had better service than our own Credit Union. The only thing I lost in the deal was my fear next time when it comes to getting a car. I realize that Neutz Brothers will be the first stop when that time comes.

We have purchased all of our vehicles through the years from Neutz with the exception of one that we purchased from our daughter. There is no hassle at all. You look for a vehicle you like and if you like the price you buy it. They always have plenty of vehicles to look at. They will even let you know if they may be getting a vehicle that you might be especially interested in. We have never had any mechanical problems with any vehicle that we have purchased. We still have a 2001 Toyota Camry that we purchased years ago. That car had been used as a spare car after my wife purchased another vehicle. The car is still going strong. It doesnt look great because of the dents we put on it backing up into some saw horses. Weve had the usual repairs through the years on it, like shocks, brakes, alternator, battery. For the years it has served us well. We currently own a 2002 Toyota Tundra Truck that is running well and a 2012 Toyota Corolla that is doing great. Our kids have also purchased some of their vehicles at Neutz. They are great at taking care of small issues that may arrive after purchase of a vehicle. Theyve been great to us through the years and that is where we go when we are looking for a vehicle.

Bought a car back in August of 2020 while visiting my parents because I live out of state. Check engine light came on after about 3 months so while I was in town visiting my parents I dropped the car back off for them to look at it. Neutz Brothers found the issue and fixed it for me at no cost and they were done in the limited time I was in town. Bought a 2010 ford escape from neutz brothers cars, best decision i,ve made. No pressure type sale, priced reasonable and with a warranty. When i bought the escape it had 95,000 miles now it has 206,000 still going strong.Had such a great experience that sent my daughter there and received the same type of experience. At the end of March, 2020, we had the perfect storm of a lease expiring, and the need for an additional car because my daughters car was totaled in a collision. Needing two reliable and reasonably priced vehicles, Tommy did not disappoint. He was a joy to deal with and made the process the smoothest and lowest stress car buying experience we have ever had. A great car shopping and buying experience. Tommy, Sheila, and Will have been lovely. I first looked at a few cars after my brother purchased one from here. When the initial vehicles were not a perfect match Tommy sat down with us and made a list of what we wanted. The next week he called and said he had a van for us to test drive. I purchased a 2011 Toyota Camry for my daughter in July 2019. The car was in near perfect condition with only 49K miles. Over the next month we drove over 4500 miles and only had to put gas in the tank and get an oil change. I cannot say enough about Tommie and his staff. Whether it’s putting new tires, servicing the A/C, or checking the power train, it was comforting reading everything up front and nothing being hidden. All cars come with a 6 month or 6000 mile power train warranty which brings some piece of mind knowing that you’re covered if something happens.
