The customer service here is HORRIBLE!!! I brought an expensive tv for my office and after I paid for it. I went to pick it up and I struggled a little he asked if I needed help, I stated no telling him I got it and made a comment that I lift weights. He look at me and said I don’t care I just asked a question. I was so taken back I didn’t even respond I just walked out. He was a rather large guy with glasses I think. This place give me confederate vibes. I only said that cause there was literally a confederate flag hanging up. Never coming here again!!!

Do NOT do business with this place. They will steal your stuff. They stole a firearm from me. I pawned a firearm and went in on the last day to get it back out and started the background check to get it out. I always get a delay on my BG check. So I asked them “how long do I have now to pay to get it out with the background check started”? They said I had another 30 days to get it out but I could come and get it in 5 days after the background check goes through. So I left and went back after 5 days after my background check went through and they had pulled my gun and put it up for sale. Someone had already come in and put it on layaway. They denied telling me I had another 30 days and that they told me that was my last day to get it out. Really? Then why did they let me walk out the store after doing my background check. Why would I do a background check and then just leave and not get my gun back out. Those mthrfkrs are lying, thieves. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THOSE LYING MTHRFKRS

I went there to look into buying a handgun. I often buy from pawn shops because I can get decent deals on good guns. They have a notice on their door. Small print at the bottom of a list of restrictions for the store. It says no loaded handguns allowed on premises. I walked up to the door, read the sign and got back into my vehicle to leave. An employee asked what was wrong and I told him about the gun restriction. He didnt even know about it and said it must be a new sign. They lost my business.

I bought a dehumidifier, and the first one did not work correctly. So I brought it back, showed them the issue. And they swapped it with another. This is why I will continue doing business with them. If you are going to buy stuff second hand. I recommend buying from them.

They were nice people. Gave me What I wanted. Kinda pricey too.

So me and my husband are here at your store right now selling some items we came here yesterday we had the perfect professional business ever today theres someone working here that wont even allow me to stay next to my husband she asked me to step outside why I dont know its burning hot we walked for miles to get here its unprofessional very rude
