Fixed me gate and was a pleasure to work with. Can not recommend them enough!

Super professional people installed a gate opener for me, did a great job left the area cleaner then they found it did a great job on the install . In the days of of COVID when everybody has an excuse for poor workmanship not these guys a company you can to depend on it will be done right.

They have quickly and efficiently serviced my gate for 4 years. They are friendly and get the job done correctly the first time. I even just get my issue and its completed without me even being home. I recommend them to everyone!

I was referred to the company by our property manager. I called last night and left a message. This morning, after not receiving a call back, I called at 11. I was told by the lady who answered the phone that they were too busy to check phone messages because they were doing invoices. In essence, they do not want any new business while doing invoices. After teeth mashing, I asked if we were scheduled. No, the techs do this, they pick up messages in the morning, and schedule their appointments. I said, well no one has called me, could you check on this. Well, she replied, they probably will call you until the end of the day??? Her attitude was this, go find another electrician we dont care. It is now 4:59, and no phone calls no messages. I have never had a company where the person was so rude, and did not give a ...., about customer service. I only hope that many people read this. I have had up to 7 homes, currently, 3 and have hired many contractors, and no one matches this company. Only salvation to all of us, is they go out of business.

Saw Bohnenstiehls truck and called them. Immediately I was called back and by the end of the day my gate was fixed, they were very knowledgeable and receptive. I have recommended Bohnensteihl to all my friends with gates, we live on Audubon. Everyone has had a great experience with them. From the boss to the secretary, its always a pleasure doing business with them. Excellent!!!

Best company in new Orleans that can service anything and everything to do with my gate operators worth the money they stand behind there product and very clean installs compaired to my neighbors that looks like a 10 year old put it on

Great service, but their service charge and price of parts are ABSURD. Unless you want to spend over $300 replacing $20 batteries on your fence, go somewhere else.
