Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. I bought a phone and plan from Raja, he knows what he is talking about and is very helpful.

Honestly love this location!!! They helped me out when other stores said my phone was non-useable. Blu even spoke a little Spanish, which is always a plus in case some people cant get the whole message across with broken English.

Visited Boost Mobile today excellent customer service got down to business fixing my service issue the young lady was very respectful and helpful and made my experience worth the stop also explained my upgrade options !!! I would recommend this location for your Boost up grades and issues .Thank you Boost ! 10 year customer.

Horrible experience !! DO NOT GO TO THIS BOOST. The older gentleman who works there named Raja is VERY rude. Tried to tell me, my replacement phone was broken, when all I asked for was a new SIM card. Went to the Boost Mobile on Loyola in Kenner and they were very kind! Solved my problem the minute I got there. My phone works great!DO NOT GO TO THIS BOOST. They are in a hurry, rude, and rush people out their stores.

Very informative employees that are willimg to explain things to you. I went im wanting to see a LG TRIBUTE ROYAL. THEY DID NOT HAVE ONE IN STOCK. AFTER MANY QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS I WALKED OUT WITH A STYLO 5. NOT TOO PLEASEF WITH IT RIGHT NOW BECAUSE I CAN NOT GET IT TO CAST TO MY TV.

I am not sure if it was because of the holidays. But i went in to see about my daughters phone. I was never asked why i came in. Just told to wait and the wait would be at least 1 hr. The staff helped others that came in after me. And once someone did talk yo me they told me its wasnt anything the could do and gave me a number to call.

Cheeky representative. We left and went to Verizon.

They didnt have what I wanted or prices posted but he was polite.
