I bought a 2003 John Deere GT 225 in April i believe it was Justin K. delivered the riding lawn mower / tractor to my house a few days later i was able to use it when i did use and completed using it for that day i notice it had a small issue i called Justin the same day and it so happened he was going to be in the area the following week he stop by my house to do some checks on it and called the awesome service team at Heritage tractor in Jefferson city, Mo they had Justin to do some Checks on riding lawn mower / tractor so Justin made room on his trailer for one more riding lawn mower / tractor. and took it back with him to Heritage John Deere then a week later Justin return the riding lawn mower / tractor all fix up and running like a brand new one.Thank you Justin K. and the Heritage Mechanics shop.Wain Lyden

I would like to give a review of the service but sadly I can only review the lack of it.I have had ongoing issues with my JD equipment this spring. Attempting to solve my first round of problems had me trying to get in contact with someone at Heritage via phone. An email was finally returned after I had given up and had someone else look at the equipment.A few weeks ago another issue popped up with my equipment and I was back on the phone to arrange someone to pick up and deliver my mower for service. After at least four conversations with Justin over the past two weeks each time assured my equipment would be picked up I came home today and found it still where I left it just like the previous times.I would like to give the technicians the benefit of the doubt but this place has lost my confidence in their ability to repair my mower by falling on their face before they started.I would give a zero star review if I could because I cant honestly say a positive thing about my experience.EDIT:I sent an email to the address provided and was sent the following:Address not foundYour message wasnt delivered to [email protected] because the address couldnt be found, or is unable to receive mail.

Had exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. Exceptionally friendly staff!

Asked for a estimate on repairing my mower instead i get a call asking how much i want to spend. They give guesstimates. After getting a guesstimate from them i gave the Ok to do the work. Get a call the next day saying they cant get the parts to fix the mower, so how can you give a guesstimate when you cant get the parts? Went to pick up my mower which which was running and put together when i dropped it off to get the work done to find it doesnt run and had a big box of parts they took off and didnt put back together! Will never do business with them again. Service dept is a joke! Love how the put the blame on the lady who tried to help me but not the service manager who is a joke.!!.!....

Everyone was great to work with. Would definitely recommend.

Recently bought new loader from this location, sales staff and service staff did a excellent job! always a pleasure doing business here.

They tried to help me the best they could. I really like there cashiers very polite.
