I’ve used this designer twice now and would definitely use her again. She is very experienced and considered my needs and the design and finished product reflected this. There were just the right amount of choices, which made the design process very efficient. The installer was quick and efficient, with a quality installation. Also he thoroughly cleaned up on both days he was there. He took his shoes off whenever he walked into the house—it cleaner after he left than when he first arrived, which was a huge timesaver for me . Quality job all the way around and I will definitely contact this company for any similar future projects.

We had an absolutely wonderful time working with the Closet Factory. We first discover them through a promotion at Costco. We worked with Lacey to design a office area and linear walk-in closet. We went through a few iterations and resolved on a solution that was both elegant but within our budget. Lacey was easy to work with and provided solutions that met our goals. The installer Adam did a great job with crisp lines and a clean work area. The installation was straight forward and we found all the staff responsive and professional. We would definitely work with the Closet Factory again.

We absolutely LOVE our new closet systems!! We had the most useless closets, and thats not an exaggeration, and their designer created very useful and fully functional storage solutions for a master bedroom, our sons bedroom, and a spare office closet. And their installers were polite, efficient, considerate that we work from home, and they completely cleaned up any dust or debris created during the installation. We are already planning to consult with Closet Factory for additional storage needs.

Our favorite renovation decision to date! We are remodeling our entire home and the custom closets from closet factory are the best addition so far. In our master suite we have 3 walk-ins and 2 reach-ins and Closet Factory was able to outfit them beautifully. Our designer Danielle was awesome and developed a design that utilized all the space well despite a few of our closets having a challenging shape. Overall the experience was fantastic. The consultant toured my house and sent over some design ideas based on my input within a few days. She knew my budget and didnt try to upsell me on unnecessary finished or add ons. We went back and forth with some ideas and she was able to make all of them work. The installer was on-time, worked all day to get our 3 custom closets installed, and cleaned up after himself. I have so much more usable space in our awkward 100 year-old closets. Wonderful experience from start to finish! This is the second home we have used closet factory for. Lacey is exceptional as well as all of their staff. We had a huge snow storm the day of our installation. They were on time, covered all of our floors to not bring in snow, took off their shoes and cleaned up when finished. I was hesitant that anyone could create a closet solution for our 100-year old Pittsburgh house, complete with sloped ceilings and an uneven plaster patch job. And then Closet Factory and Meagan came along. She designed a beautiful yet space-saving closet for our tight space that has allowed us to save one whole dressers worth of clothes from our tiny second-floor room. Meagan was attentive to how we wanted to use the space and came up with a plan that was as beautiful as it was functional; she helped us pick colors and details to match the room without ever being pushy. Meagan, Tish, and team were responsive, even amid COVID-19 delaying our plans. Adam was prompt when the time came to install, and by the time I got through my mornings worth of meetings, we had a new closet. He managed to make it work with our wonky walls! I am impressed with the whole Closet Factory team and with the closet itself—it came together efficiently, beautifully, and professionally (and reasonably priced!). We had our master bedroom closet updated recently with the Closet Factory. The process was seamless and we couldn’t be happier. Our sales consultant Lacey was knowledgeable and guided us through the process from start to finish. The actual installers were professional and paid close attention as to not make a mess. The closet is beautiful and functional for the space.

The entire process was seamless! The Designer gave us great ideas for the space we had to work with. The Installers were respectful of our home - extremely neat and clean....we didnt even know they were there. And the final closet actually gave us WAY more space for clothes, storage, etc. Time to go shopping! (LOL!)

We started with having an organizer installed in our 16 yr. old daughters very small closet. It was amazing what Kayla was able to design and even more amazing that my daughter was able to get so many clothes and shoes in it. After seeing what they could do with 1 closet, we recently had them installed another organizer in another bedroom, which turned out fabulously, and we plan to have Closet Factory do a third closet given all the space we gain. The installers were very professional, cleaned everything up and we got so much more than we planned for.

The closet factory installed their closet systems in 6 closets of my newly built home. Meagan came out multiple times during the design phase to make sure I was getting what I wanted. She was very quick to make changes as I asked for them prior to installation. The installers came to the house exactly when I was told they would. When installation time came we had one small issue involving a miscommunication of what was to be done. At that point I was concerned there may be a problem. However, they quickly assured me that would make the changes I requested. They took care of it very professionally and in a manner I was extremely pleased with. To me, how a business handles hiccups sets them apart from other businesses. The end result was 6 outstanding looking closets that I couldn’t be happier with. I’d highly recommend them.

My only complaint was that our countertops for the desk in the laundry room didn’t quite have the same quality as everything else so we went with another company for the other countertops. I would definitely recommend closet factory over and over again. Kayla was so easy to work with and put up with our energetic 3 year old and my very detail oriented husband with ease.
