This rating is based in comparison to other Walmarts. This is the largest, cleanest and most organized Walmart Ive ever been in, coast to coast.

Thank God not as packed as others I’ve been to. But there was quite a few empty good shelves in the store. All in all the store seemed to be kept clean!

Very good place to shop to get all your needs either in store, online delivery and store pickup. They been getting things back in stock. OK restrooms depends who is working and what time of the day you go to the store. Service animals welcomed for the disabled and our respective veterans. Overall jasper Walmart is a good place to shop in the Dubois County tri-state area. Much love and respect. I rather go to Walmart early in the morning or in the evening. 🧡💜💛💚💙

The store is great. Wide variety of products. The website not so great. These item I bought was supposed to take 2 weeks to deliver if took 5 and item wasnt exactly as promised. Zero customer service. Zero communication from seller. Be careful and do your research. I wont be using their website again.

Walmart.com delivery is the worst ever! I have tried using this service 3 times. All were horrible. First time, ordered for my Mom in Assisted Living. Order was left at someones residence. Second time, confirmation received of delivery completed but it never arrived. Third time, I ordered Cherry pies, no sugar for a DIABETIC, they substituted WITHOUT CHECKING with Apple pies with sugar.

The best Wal-Mart in a 100-mile radius by far. The store itself is spacious and well-lighted. Great prices, always well-stocked, and clean. The employees are very friendly and will go out of their way to help.

I did a Walmart pick up recently and the delivery people are super nice and were working their tails off while keeping a smile on their faces. Well done! Would have been 5stars but I had to wait 45 minutes for someone old enough to handle alcohol to come on shift.

Super helpful was asking questions about smartphones and the employee was very helpful.

Very rarely takes cash, the lanes that do take cash expect at least a half hour wait in line. Online orders they will say its in stock but then cancel it, if you go to the store to look for the item that was canceled more than likely you will find it. This Walmart is either incompetent or a bunch of liars.

Lots of empty shelves, and done of the produce was bad. I saw mold on tomatoes, mushy mangoes, and so many empty freezer and refrigerated bins. The checkout was smooth though.

It would be a five if you could just train the young guys who load the groceries at pick up to please quit smashing all my food. Seriously kids, heavy stuff goes on the BOTTOM.

New to this area and this made my third visit. I was greeted as I walked into the door, the store was clean, well stocked, and the women’s restroom in the back was very clean. The associates here are very friendly and helpful. Throughout my visit I was offered assistance by 5 different store associates. That never happens. I look forward to many more visits here.

Didn’t have most of what I needed I guess all the food is floating off the west coast on big transport ships.

One stop shop, prefer to buy local but this place also supports a lot of local families with jobs. Rarely out of stock of anything, easy to navigate and social distance except for occasional knuckleheads without a mask.

Its sad when you have to wait 30 minutes to get out of Walmart because theres no cashiers

Great store employees ready and able to help

This review only pertains to their pick up/curbside service. The employees who actually pick the orders need to be trained how to select produce. Every single time I receive produce that looks like it was pulled out of a dumpster. Brown lettuce heads, soft wrinkled sweet peppers, brown corn, rotten onions to name a few. And fruit that is hard as a rock and will never ripen such as peaches. When I shop inside Im able to find acceptable produce, so it almost seems like they are making the conscious choice to get rid of their old produce by selling it to curbside customers. Have complained to corporate but that goes nowhere. Also their substitutions make zero sense sometimes. Like getting regular soda when I ordered diet. Or getting a Mexican style frozen dinner when I ordered Chinese. They need to use common sense but that seems to be lacking. Otherwise I appreciate having this service available.

Jasper Walmart has done an AMAZING job with grocery pickup during the pandemic. Times have been tough for everyone, but the grocery pickup employees have helped make it so much easier for those of us trying to avoid stores at any cost. Thank you to those employees who make this process so easy!

Large variety of products but cant ever tell you when an out of stock item will be in stock.

Love Wal-Mart forsure, but like any business sometimes they run out of things.. Completely understandable..

Couldnt shop in the health and beauty area. Carts of merchandise everywhere. Employees standing around talking about other employees as soon as they walk away. Walked down 2 aisles in order to get want I wanted because the girls said she couldnt move because she was working. Worse experience to date.

A little too crowded for me but still a good convenient place to shop

Went to the bigger size self checkout because they only had 2 people checking customers out. Only 1 of the big sized checkouts was open which I had to use(lot of groceries). The other could only do cash which hardly anyone does that anymore. The conveyor to move the groceries up didnt work at all. It was Sunday evening 7pm,I guess noone shops on Sunday evenings so they dont feel the need to staff checkout cashiers!

The grocery section of the store needed stocked badly. It appeared to be wiped out of many items. Still had a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, but prices of things were up. Strawberries, for example went from 2.50 to over $4 for a qt which is ridiculous.

Waited more than an hour many times for pickup and after waiting an hour was told the groceries were given to another person with no refund

Theyve been out of stock with a lot of things lately, but the self checkouts are quick and convenient! Electronics department have always been really helpful when Ive had questions.

Only 2 cashiers every time I go in. I personally dont use them I use the u scan. But the elderly people love using the cashiers so they unfortunately have too stand in line for way to long.

Get my walmart pick up him. Missing lots on my order. Call in. He takes a list on all my missing items. The next day I get a refund. But only for 3 missing items... like... really

I love small-town stores but I went to buy a CD because the radio didnt have a signal. They didnt have anything hardly at all. We bought some greatest hits albums. All in all, it is still a nice store.

After I explained how I had to work in 5 hours, they rejected my auto 3 separate times,having to redo the order 3 tines, and pushing back my repair time 1 hour.All that was needed was for anyone to ask and the rejections would have been unnecessary.Next time Im going to Big-Os

Always overpriced and overcrowded. They never have electric scooters for us handicapped they are always taken by the non handicapped.

Good shopping experience. Manager pointed to an open check out. That was very helpful. I do struggle with masks because I have panic attacks and I get clostrafobic with it on but other than that all was good.

Most times, pretty quick in and out. If doing self checkout there is rarely a wait.

I dont know who these people r writing great reviews for the Jasper,in.store, its pretty evident they have never shopped there,Everytime Ive been there I get ripped off at the checkout,lazy workers who hide when you need help,managers who could care less-if your lucky youll catch a vendor who knows more about the store than the mgr.They need to send someone from Bentonville, Arkansas to fire a bunch of people who r there for the wrong reason, I retired from driving over the road for Walmart-the absolute worse store in the nation-tell city,in. store not much better!
