Bought a new service body truck from Kaden. I live 400+ miles away, vehicle was delivered for a reasonable price. The experience was great.

Very Poor service. Great selection but no one wants to help or even deal on a counter offer. Save your time and money, go somewhere where the people are nice. I wouldn’t use them again for anything and I will not recommend them to any one. I was going to purchase 3 trucks total and ended up buying 4 from a dealer in Kentucky. It’s the service that counts, there are trucks anywhere you look.

Fantastic experience with Luke. Not only was purchasing a vehicle a breeze with him in the past, but he recently went out of his way to help me with a missing part that I should have had many months ago from a new car purchase made at a different lot. After reaching out to him for advice, Luke had the item shipped to me himself within two weeks. We live 9 hours away and hope to continue to use Luke for our business purchases. Had my car serviced here yesterday and what an experience. All other dealerships should strive to meet their bar. The people were friendly. The garage and showroom were immaculately clean. Professional organization. They even came around through the lobby while I was waiting for my car to be serviced with fresh baked cinnamon rolls. (Grata) a really nice place!UPDATE 7/17/20I had our car serviced here again today and I can’t say enough about the protocols that they have put in place to protect their employees and the customers during this COVID-19 pandemic. Excellent and I will be a customer the rest of my life!

I am absolutely livid with this company. I took my car in for service. It took a few days but I didnt mind and the repair job was decent. communication was also very poor.The worst was when I picked my car up shortly before closing. I got in and my coffee cup was moved and was placed upside down in my center console. There was coffee everywhere and it ruined most item in there including a phone charger and other other cords. It also took a large amount of time to clean. I have never seen such disrespect for someones belongings during a paid service. I will never return and warn anybody I can about this complete disregard for your belongings.

This place has the worst communication. I called several times, left messages and talked to 2 different salesman 3 different times. They said the manager would return my call, NO CALL! I am so glad I did not purchase a truck from them! Worst experience trying to buy, save time call another dealer.

Gave me a loaner when my recall work was being done. Nice folks.

Their polite but when they try to get your vehicle for a trade in, theres always something wrong with it to where they want to give very little, wouldnt suggest buying a vehicle from here, just saying

Sold me a 2016 minivan with a broken door handle. Told me theyd fix it. Cant get anyone to return my calls now to get it set up. Accused me of lying about the door!! Cant believe how Ive been treated through this process.
