Bought a 2020 Nissan Titan. Had less than 1/4 tank of gas. Was told they would give me a few hundred more for trade in then when it was time to sign paperwork they said it wasnt worth changing trade in price as would only affect my payment by a dollar or so. Also truck they kept saying truck had 7800 miles when in reality truck was well over 8k. Came here because of great reviews. Experience was mediocre at best. Sure they were fast, but it was at my expense.

The truck was waiting for me when I got there, temp plate and paperwork was done and ready to go. Sam Beach did an excellent job of communication on the status of the truck being delivered to the dealership.

Had my Hyundai towed to Luegers after my car broke down. Service department told me it was the knock sensor needing replaced so they did that, said she was good to go and running well, so I went and picked the car up. Drove it home and realized it didn’t sound good still so drove it back and had it worked on again where this time they said the pulley and tensioner needed replaced. Got those replaced and went to pick up and before even leaving checked the car and realized the sound was still there. Asked them about it, and they said we think that’s normal sound to which I said it wasn’t for my car before it broke down and then they admitted they don’t really work on Hyundais so they have no way of knowing a baseline. I understand that, but why not let me know before I waste money and time having it serviced with people that don’t know about it. Anyways, I asked if it was safe to drive and he said yes but if I was nervous I should get it checked out by Hyundai. I had it checked and turns out my rod bearings were bad and my engine needed a full replacement. So I was out a good amount of money and needed a new vehicle after wasting time at luegers. 2 stars because while I was annoyed with the wasted money and not being straightforward about not knowing Hyundai’s, everyone was nice especially the shuttle drivers who came down to get me and I can’t blame the shop for not knowing much about Hyundais.

Appreciate the last minute tow and repair.I wish they owned a Honda dealer in town as well, but overall the saved the day for me with some emergency repairs and maintenance.

I have been wanting a white truck for several years and the white frost exterior with two tone dark walnut interior with slate sets fit the bill.
