Made an appointment via email, the intent was to purchase a new trailer. I confirmed the price and set the date and time through email exchange. Something came up and I had to reschedule for the next day. That email was never answered. I sent another and it was not answered either. I sent the next email to the main office. They replied and said someone would be back to me re: this. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. It’s had to want to deal with any organization that doesn’t respect their customers.

Not honest or consistent. I called on pricing and the number changed several times. Trying to squeeze another $100 out of me every time. Just be honest and up front about what things cost. I would not feel comfortable buying from this dealer if they arent honest about price how will they handle warranty or any other issues that may arise? Do business at your own risk.

Sales man did not have much knowledge. Didn’t smile. Seemed rude. Facility did not have tools to hook up trailer to truck. Seemed like he hated his life. Dan was not the man.

Told Dan what we were looking for and he got us exactly that! Great experience
