I couldnt be happier with my decision to go to Affliction ink for my first tattoo. I was pretty nervous going inside and then once inside I was greeted by a friendly employee who made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. She helped me find the right artist for my design. Then I spoke with that artist (Captain Mike) and I was sold!! He made me feel so confident in his work and my idea/design. I recommend everyone to check them out!!

I waited 50 minutes and no one came to help me. Instead, they helped the group of people who came in after me. Just wanted to buy a $5 earring lol.

I went in for a tattoo, and could not be happier with the tattoo and experience I received. Mike was the one who took care of me and was the nicest artist I have had from all my work I have had done. He was kind and gave you the time of day while doing an excellent job. All the other artists that were there at the time had great customer service and you could tell they put the customer first. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to get a tattoo in the area. Went here today for my first tattoo, they were SUPER helpful in giving me information and making me feel comfortable. They have very affordable services and run a super clean and great shop. Theyre all very social with guests and knowledgeable in the field. Most definitely recommend Gabbie as an artist, although all have great work. Highly recommend Affliction Ink!!

Today I went to Affliction Ink Tattoo to get my septum pierced. Having a sour piercing experience in the past, I was more than a bit nervous. This was something I shared with my artist, Jake, who reassured me about the piercing and talked through the process before performing it. He also brought up that he felt confident in performing the piercing and told me I could see some of his work on Facebook, I appreciated his openness and confidence. For the piercing itself, Jake used an unopened sterile needle and for the jewelry he gave me an unopened, high grade surgical steel horseshoe (and it looks great, if I do say so myself 😉). After the jewelry was in and my nose was wiped, Jake went over the aftercare instructions for me and gave me a take home packet with any instructions or tips to keep in mind. He also gave me his card and told me to not hesitate to call if something with my piercing wasnt right, or if I had a question. Overall, my experience at Affliction Ink was professional, clean, and faultless. If youre in the market for a top-knotch piercing, I reccomend you stop in and talk to Jake.

I wanted to wait to write my review until my tattoo was totally healed so I could mention how well it healed. My tattoo artist was AMAZING! He was actually the owner so that was a plus. He held conversations to keep the time flying. The whole place was really inviting and the other artists were really cool too! Honestly I will definitely come back here! Everything was sterile. I have had other artists around the area but none compare. This was a quick and beautiful piece of art. I am in love and get constant compliments!!

I moved from Madison to JVL so I had no idea of the artists down here.. We were suggested Breck at Affliction Ink so we stopped in with my idea.. I still have a 1 hour sitting to finish some shading but I can 100% give these guys an A+ already.. The staff was very friendly and Breck is an incredible artist.. Her first drawing for me just blew me away.. She listened to everything I told her I wanted and we made just a couple minor tweaks and she even suggested a couple things that I didnt which made it into the final piece.. She is very friendly and knowledgeable, explained everything, updated me on the progress, she made it easy.. I would 100% recommend Breck and everybody at Affliction Ink and they will most definitely get my future business.. Thank you guys for a great experience!

Woke up yesterday, and decided that I wanted a new tattoo on me. I remembered my friend recommending me Affliction, and having it be 4 blocks away, or was convenient. I wamt expecting much, and I was a little hesitant because it was a new shop for me, but Mike Hall hooked me up with one of my favorite pieces.Everyone there is easy to talk to.The shop is clean, which was the first thing I noticed when I first walked in.Very helpful.Very encouraging.They are genuinely excited to help you.I highly recommend this place.Ill be back soon for more!
