We have purchased 3 mattresses there now, the sales people are very helpful and the mattress you get when you go with Verlo is incredible. We currently have a V9 plush king-size in our bedroom, and a V3 queen plush in our camper. We love them so much and we would definitely recommend this business to everyone.

I don’t know where you got this email, since we didn’t give it to you. This isn’t even our regular email. We are very disappointed in the invasion of privacy. The mattresses are ok, I guess, they are for guest beds and haven’t been used yet. Customer service was fine. Still we don’t like the fact that we got this survey when no email was given.

I went to every mattress store in town and I went back to Verlo because they offered the best quality at the lowest price.. They custom made my box spring in 2 days. The salesman even helped load it into my car. I will definitely shop there again.

We love this place we bought our mattress from here and they gave us a really great deal on it although they didnt have it in stock it didnt take them very long to make our mattress they do make your mattress in-store and you get it delivered to you within a couple of weeks I do recommend this place on getting a mattress very nice and helpful people

The time to get mattress from the store order to on the bed was not bad..I would like to see more of a color selection for the mattress..other than just white.... futons can get in different colors, but mattress white only...also im at a loss as to verlo can make the mattress, but verlo canNOT make a mattress cover.....but over all im happy with mattress, fewer back aches

Would highly recommend Verlo for a quality mattress and knowledgeable, helpful staff! They are made there locally when you place your order and not mass produced. No middle guy so the prices for the quality are outstanding!

Always a positive experience

Not thrilled with the bed we paid for. It is very soft n bouncy like a waterbed. Paid extra for the coils to be tied to firm it up but I dont think it was done and I dont know how to check.

My daughter tested various mattresses and bought the one she liked, it was built and delivered as promised..great business!
