Customer service needs a huge improvement! Very good at selling you a product not very good at servicing the product! Update: Yes you sent techs out twice at no charge. Considering the service has failed at least once every month we have had your service, including being with out any phones to our business for 4 days in total since we switched to your service, I would guess that’s the least that could be done. No worries we know where we stand with your company and we know how well you return phone calls Ron... still waiting!!! again Thank you!
Terrible customer service. The girl who answers the phone is very rude and doesnt seem to know what is going on. Ive called three times to get answers and fell like Im begging for their service. Ive heard its good.....but when you cant get anyone to come out or install....Im left to wonder.
Took 2 times to fix computer. I specifically asked in an email if it was done, I did not hear back. So 3 days went back again, I called and it was done. Good customer service would be to call when an order is done. Oh, and they also lost my computer cord. Not organized at all.
I have very good luck with eagle zip for as long as I have had them sense they first opened.

OK, lets take a look.Twice, now, Brians been able to fire up a stubbornly silent PC before my eyes. Another time, he needed to do more. Quick turn. Fair price. My invoice described everything he did, line by line, from testing to diagnosing to fixing. Brian is cordial, professional, patient and courteous. I use tech gadgetry all day long with little interest in learning whats inside it, any more than I want to learn how to fix my car. Thats why I turn to experts like Brian, who know what they are doing, can explain what they are doing and are willing to explain what they are doing.
Terrible customer service. I pay my bill early every month and when I called to ask about a discrepancy on my bill, the receptionist told me that there was nothing she could do. I asked her if I could speak to a manager or someone else who could help me, and she told me that management was busy. She refused to let me speak to anyone else about the discrepancy and put me on hold twice. I was on the phone for over 20 minutes trying to resolve the issue.
So far so good. I dont know what is wrong with it. Once I find out and get a decent price with it to get it fixed I will elaborate more. Phil

They have helped with with a few issues with my internet over years and are always nice. Now if we can get Youngsville cable to install fiber lines we will be heading in the right direction.

This is my first time going to a PC repair place and it was by far the best costumer service Ive ever had, period. They are so friendly and knowledgeable I would definitely recommend and go again for any computer needs. Brian checked out my PC and literally had it done the next day, fully functional. He even turned on xmp (allowing the ram to hit its best speed potential without Overclocking) and configured the fan curves to produce the best air flow, free of charge!! He even gave me advice on my cpu temps because they were Idling pretty high and showed me where to find cpu coolers at a great price. If you have any issue with Gaming PCs, Brian is definitely up to date on the new technology. My PC is a i9 9900k with a hybrid 2080ti and he knew exactly what to do and last but not least this man is a cable management genius... 10/10
