Wow, what great customer service. Matt and his team were unbelievably helpful and went above and beyond to help us when we were relocating to the area and not in town to do anything in person. We’re also very happy with the carpet and installation, but their customer service set them apart and why we’ll recommend them and head their way if we ever need carpet again! Thanks, Matt!

Heard great things and saw great reviews so I gave it a try. Stopped in twice. Once to chat and get samples. No problems there. Made an appt for Matt to come measure. Did not show up or call. Called next day, he apologized, so we set another day and time to measure. Again, no call no show. I guess he just didnt want our business which is fine but I find that to be unprofessional and inconsiderate. Will not recommend.

Matt is great! Two apartments Ive turned to the best in town and Im yet to be let down. Fantastic suggestions with color combinations. Installation was timely and the final product is night and day to once was and what in now. I highly recommend Henry James!

Absolutely 100 percent satisfied with product and service. Matt was incredibly professional and kind. Very swift to return our calls and messages., He also made his care to detail very important to us. He came to our home more than once to approve the job being done and took notice of our satisfaction. The workers were were awesome. Clean. Organized. Friendly. Patient. Fast. Always great help in picking the right product for the right use; friendly and practical, and prices are great. Installers on my most recent project were efficient and quick and careful in moving our furniture back and forth. Wouldnt go to a Big Box if you can go to Big Chief!

Im a repeat customer and always will be..What a Great place

Disappointed with the quality of carpet. The carpet was purchased just two years ago. There are two adults, no children and no pets in the house. The carpet has path marks and shows wear already. The carpet we had we purchased from Henry James 15 years ago was the best carpet. We thought we would get the same quality so we went back to Henry James. Unfortunately, the 2 year old carpet looks like we have had it for 20 years.

Great place to work, stays busy, and they definitely know how to keep their customers happy. There are also a lot of repeats customers.
