Took 2 months to get after ordering, first wash this is what happened. The Matt guy told me he would replace it and then 2 more months went by. A rude lady called this morning and said it was ready. I was thinking, “Finally.” Then she said she needed my card because it was going to be $35. I told her Matt said he would go ahead and replace it. I guess I was thinking that meant free of charge since the name fell off the back and the front emblem is peeling and it’s pretty much garbage at this point. So this girl puts on her manager who explains that they need the junk hoodie back first if I want the replacement. I was thinking, “A four month ordeal and they’re going to be this way?” I said never mind. I don’t have the time to be running all over for something that should have been made right 2 months ago. Soccer season has been over for 6 weeks now. She got her actual full uniform the second week of June, it was ordered on April 2nd. She had 3 games left when she finally got her uniform. At least the lettering stayed on that! They’re too busy obviously for new orders and they DO NOT take care of the customers they have given defective product to.

I’m not a bike pro but I don’t think this is how you do a tape job, probably not gonna go there again.

Bikes, skis, snowboards, shoes, boots, clothing, repair services plus more. Havent had any complaints with these guys. Professional and friendly service and they are pushy trying to sell. Prices seem high but, realize you are buying quality products. Worth the price.

If youre looking for bike repair, donb bother here. What a joke. My husband brought his bike in originally because a pedal had fallen off.. a part was stripped out and needed replaced. Also needed a general tune up. Got the bike back a few days later.. the pedal fell off again on the first ride. They just stuck the pedal back on, without replacing any parts.This issue was eventually resolved, but he still wasnt happy with how it was shifting, and it was making noise. He was out riding around in the driveway trying to figure out what was wrong and the new chain totally snapped.We take the bike to Hollyloft (which I highly recommend) and found that the chain had snapped because they didnt use the proper link AND the sprockets were installed backwards!!!!! Yeah.. Stay away.

I will never go to the Cycle Shop to get embroiderys done again. I purchased a shirt through them and I paid extra for their digitizing service which entailed creating a digital embroidery file. I later asked them for a copy for their digital file that I paid for and they told me it wasnt their business practice.Needless to say I will not be using their services in the future and I will be going with a different local company.
