The 5 stars are for John and the bike mechanics. John is exceptionally knowledgeable about the products he sells. I have purchased two bikes from him as well as three pairs of snowshoes. John made the buying experience very positive each time. He is as attentive and excited about selling a $150 kids bike as he is about a $1000 product. The bike mechanics are really nice as well. When I anticipate purchasing a product I call ahead to make sure John is working because I have not had good experiences with a woman salesman who was unfriendly and condescending every time I had the misfortune of having to be waited on by her. The picture is my son on the latest bike purchased from John. John helped me select the perfect bike for my son who loves it!

Hollyloft is great! I am new to skiing this year and I loved it so much I wanted to get a pair of my own skis and boots. The staff here were very friendly and put me in a pair of boots and skis that fit my skill level and my price range. They were absolutely amazing to deal with. Definitely worth the 1 hour drive! Will be coming back for sure!

John was extraordinarily helpful in picking out a bike for my partner, and he also figured out that the seats in my car DO fold down... I’ve had the car for 5 years and thought they didn’t! 10/10 would recommend for high quality products and amazing customer service!

Don’t ever wast time buying from this place Lied about warrantees did not do very good repair work on my bike and didn’t want to fix the issue spoke to the one guy doesn’t even recognize even a month ago that I got work done with him very nasty only interested in money not even helping or wanting to go out of their way. Also very unfair pricing for the neighborhood seems like they should be in the rich part of town with the pricings they have...

Always great to support independent business in our area. Each season we rent skis for our daughter and buy other winter essentials. Great clothing selection and reasonable prices. The employees and owner are very educated and know the best options based on our needs.

I ordered cross country skis. The sales person could not get the skis I wanted made an executive decision with out my consent and ordered different skis. No call to tell me about the switch. So rude. Dont go to this place.

All of the employees at Hollyloft were incredibly helpful and friendly. They set us up with everything we needed, being mindful of our skiing skills and budget. I would highly recommend making a stop here first for skiing needs.

Awesome service. I am a fan of a bike brand that isnt sold in the immediate area - but these guys get 100% of my parts and service business. They treat me very well and always go the extra mile to make sure that my bikes are in perfect working order when I leave (even if I didnt notice an issue when i brought it in).

Terrific service! I called at 10 am on Friday. Had a bent hanger on a Roubaix, Stuck in one gear. Eric fixed it, also noticed a recall ring on the unique shock. Plus cleaned a whining rotor. Bike in my hands by 1:30.

A belated five star review with Hollyloft this summer. Our condo at Chautauqua Institution that we have rented for 2 weeks every summer and included two bicycles was sold. We did a Craigs List search from our home in No. California and saw a listing for Hollycroft. I phoned the manager with a request for two inexpensive used bikes saying we would arrive in 48 hours. They replied, two bikes would be ready for you. They were unbelievably GREAT. Better than ours at home. Cant thank them enough for wonderful service. Chris and Dan

Place is a joke! They wont cover warrenty I have guaranteed on my bike. So giant manufacture stated they can make hollyloft do the repairs since hollyloft is licenced to work for them . told you karma will get you ;) good luck future costumers who come here hope you dont have the sane problems

I had a tubular tire put on my bike at hooly loft... about $80 for the install alone... plus $70 for the tire... well, 4 coats of glue are supposed to be used on the rim alone, dryed and cured seperately... along w two for the tire... otherwise the tire will disattach itself in a high speed turn... which mine did... almost killed me... ruined a $350 wheel... left me in the middle of nowhere... very obvious only one coat of glue was used on the tire which was then obviously immediately attached very quickly onto the wheel... thank god im alive and now ill tell the tale to all who are interested... holly loft is an over priced, pretentious, and under qualified little shop... instead of admitting they were too unskilled to attach my tire... they simply took my money and slapped my tire on my wheel without even reading instructions on how to do a proper install. Too obvious all the high ratings come from owners or relations. My money will be spent elsewhere from now on.
