When i went down to victory auto Expecting much but after meeting with the owners and looking around we worked out a deal on a vehicle. They are good people from what i saw and they may not get youre vehicle out on the day they original said but thats because they find something else wrong with it and fix it rather then just giving it to you with the problems. I would recommend going to victory if you are looking for a used car because they have some nice cars and trucks up there and from my experience they will check everything before you get it so just a big thank you to victory for the vehicle they sold me and if i ever need another used vehicle ill probably be going back

Terrible! Took forever to arrive for a tow, never informed us they arrived, refused service and left. Detailed our entire vacation for no good reason. Horrible communication and customer service. Do not use!

Called to get my car towed. The owners came out and promptly picked up my vehicle and delivered it to its destination. They were very nice and easy to work with. I would recommend to anyone.

About a week ago I left a review on this sight about victory Auto and now I have to do the right thing and apologize to Eric My review was written because of a misunderstanding and things that happen that was beyond Eric and Victory autos control But I can honestly say after working with and watching Eric go above and beyond what most auto dealers would I have to give him 5 stars I would love to give Victory auto more stars as they deserve 10+ and I just want to tell everybody on here that before you post bad stuff and degrade a place take the time to go talk to the owner and sometimes you might have to make a few trips into the shop to catch him sometimes you might have to call many times but you have to remember they are busy they are busy trying to keep their customers happy and sometimes when they dont answer their phone they could be on the line trying to fix a problem you are having and if you buy a vehicle from victory auto and have problems with it down the road hey it happens I have brought a BRAND NEW VEHICLE right from a new car dealer before and after my warranty ran out so did my brakes and it cost me over $400 in cash to get them repaired But I want to Thank the owner of Victory auto Eric and his wife Michelle for all the hard work they have been doing to solve our problem and I want to say I am so very sorry for the misunderstanding and the bad review last week and yes I would recommended VICTORY AUTO TO ANYBODY Thanks GUYS KEEP UP THE GREAT work.A satisfied Customer :)

Literally the worst. I spend 2000 dollars on a car from them. They say they would check it to make sure it was a good running car and get it inspected too. I got a 30 day warranty. I take it there before then because my oil kept leaking. The guy “checked” it and said it was fine. 2 weeks later I had multiple people tell me my oil pan gasket was loose or not on there right. SOMEHOW after less than 3 months of owning this car, my front passenger and driver axle broke, my wheel bearings are broke, my tie rods are shot, my oil pan gasket needs fixing, my transmission is shot, my car won’t even go into gear, the rotors are terrible, etc. How this car even passed inspection I’ll never know. Would not recommend.

Do not go to this place! You will regret it in the long run. I went there looking to get a vehicle that was decent and not to high in price instead of most dealership that over price there vehicles. I spoke with the owner and he was very nice and willing to work with me on a 2005 Chevy cavalier. He told me it would take 2-3 days to get it serviced and fixed because it needed the check engine light off for an 02 sensor and he was going to get the normal maintenance done like an oil change and stuff. He gave me his word that it would be done no later than that Tuesday. So when Tuesday came I got no call or nothing to let me know my car was done or even an update. I ended up calling and his employee told me that they had no clue what was going on with the car and said that they would get it done in a couple days. So I call again in a few days and they still told me they haven’t even touched it. This went on for about a month and they never even finished it. By the way I did mention I put a deposit down on the car and then was going to pay the rest when I got it? But any how I got tired of waiting and them saying that they haven’t done anything to it and I ended asking for my deposit back. I could never get ahold of the owner and alway had to deal with the employees instead of the owner and his employees are very disrespectful and rude and should learn professionalism. Customer are definitely not number one here!! I had to wait almost another week to get my deposit back and when I did I basically got the money thrown in my face. Take my word for it that this place is a waste of time and you should go somewhere else.

Was interested in buying a car from here, saw it on facebook. Went up there and a man was there who had no idea about the cars being sold. Connected on facebook and was told to come by the next day, just to call when I was on my way. Called, no one picked up... left multiple messages. Went up again and same thing happened. No one there who knew about the cars being sold. My husband also called the day before 2-3 times and left a message. No one even cared to call us back, so we went elsewhere and will now have a decent 2nd vehicle on monday. I dont recommend this dealer as they lack customer service.

Dont have this place repair your car they dont follow through with the time they promise. Went three times to get the car they sold to me to fix and they dont have the parts to fix it
