They did an excellent job for me!

I was overall happy with the job that they did, but removed two stars for two reasons:1) The rear windows appear to not have been cleaned. Hopefully it was just an oversight. Also, the engine was not steam cleaned. When you see Complete Showroom Detail along with a picture of an engine thats been steam cleaned, youd kind of expect that.2) Mediocre communication. No instructions were given such as remove all of your personal belongings. Because I forgot the passenger door map pocket, they just ignored cleaning that, rather than throwing the stuff in a bag and doing it anyway (hallmark customer service).I think I would use them again, but my advice is to make sure its done right while you are there, rather than making the trip all the way home and then noticing these disappointing things.

They did everything good with the interior but they were supposed to wash the engine and it wasnt even touched so I had to go in again the next day and they did it. But the service experience in general for me was a solid 1 star especially because I payed over 200 dollars. Didnt even wash my spare tire like I asked.

Bad will not recomend because of the trust went to pay with my daughters card and they said like if i took i with out her knowing about it not everyone is the same

They went above and beyond to help out my unique situation. They are definitely good at their jobs!

Do not recommend this location for U-haul rental. Last summer I reserved a 20ft truck to move, when I arrived they did not have a 20ft truck only 10 ft to move the entire contents of my home 5 hours away. Their solution was an attachment. By the time I paid for the 10ft truck and the hitch it cost way more than the 20ft would have. They offered no discounts for my inconvenience. This past weekend I moved back to town and chose that location as a drop off. They claimed that there was not enough gas in the truck and charged me almost $25 for 1/16th of gas despite me having the paperwork showing where the gas level was.

I got a $100 detail on my vehicle last week, at first glance I was surprised at the pet hair they did get out of the back end, however after careful observation the vehicle was still a disaster. I took photos and will not return to this location. In total I spent 118 dollars plus a tip to still have my car not even vacuumed out completely. I can drive a half hour and go to a competitor for much cheaper with much higher quality. I will not be returning to this location.

I am still amazed how perfectly clean my car turned out! I was beyond embarrassed bringing my Pet-Mobile in! My Golden Retriever did all but ruin the inside and I swear my car looks cleaner than when I bought it 5 years ago! You guys are amazing!!! Cannot thank you enough!

We have rented U-Hauls, as well as had cars detailed by Elite Kreations, and they always exceed expectations. He makes the U-Haul renting process so seamless and easy and his car detailing experience can make any car look like it just rolled off the car lot.

Very poor service. I hired them to detail the interior of my car for $150. There was dog hair left in areas on the seats, the glove box, parts of the dashboard, and stereo were left uncleaned and dirty, and then they tried to charge me $190! After I insisted they re-do the bill to what they quoted me ($162 including tax) I paid cash. Then, the woman claimed to not have the $18 in change that I was owed!! She had to send a worker to a store to get my change. She also kept calling me “honey “ and “sweetie.” Very unprofessional. I will not hire them again.

Omg I love this place easy fast service very sweet people omg the smell is not what u expect lol it smelled like if I was in a candle shop i loved i would recommend it . And price are great.
