Knowledgeable front desk staff and mechanics. Very friendly and welcoming. They have a seating area and clean bathroom. My fav part store is Randolph Auto Supply and they allowed me to chose them for my parts. Very easy to schedule an appointment with. I highly recommend them.

Went in for a repair estimate. Ifound the reviews to be mixed so I thought Id give them a shot. Brittany is very sweet and helpful. The mechanics showed me the issues my car had -answered my questions and are very courteous. I was completely taken by surprise by the more than fair price quote. I scheduled an appointment to have the work done.

WARNING: This is not the trustworthy A-1 Auto it use to be its now J-1 Auto different owner took over 3 or 4 years ago. Now they scam you. At first they seem real nice with their fake smiles, especially receptionist, Brittany but soon she becomes snippy when you ask any questions about repairs. They got me for over $700.00 and my car wasnt fixed. I had to take my car to another place that did fix it. I do not recommend taking your car here for anything

This people will rip you off, I took my car to this shop to get an inspection my car did not pass and these people charge me $21 dollars for just taking a look at my car WOW they did not do any mechanical work to my car they spend 15 min and they charge me for looking at the car. The estimate to get the car inspected was $500+ dollars I was willing to pay that but after ripping me off with the $21 dollars for doing nothing to my car, I rather go to a different shop and never do business with these people again. Also this was the second shop that I went for a second opinion, I always do this every year and I never got charge when your car doesnt pass inspection. Never again I dont recommend this people to NO ONE.

A small but honest local shop. I got my vehicle inspection done here and I wasnt given the run-around and wasnt up sold on things I didnt need. I fixed the problems with the car and had it inspected 2 days later. Fast service without the nonsense of chain auto shops that everyone should stay away from.

It took no time at all to put our tire on. And, it was inexpensive!

Scammers! Crooks. Went in for an inspection. Was told it failed because I need back brakes and rotors. I said, I just had them done a month ago at the dealership. Then was told they made a mistake, I actually need front brakes and rotors. I took it to another shop and was told rear pads and rotors are new and front pads and rotors look good. Why must people scam? Will NEVER recommend this place.

The 2 bandits at the desk will rip you off, get an estimate, shop around and check or bring your parts. Love how employee brittany rates themselves 5 stars, what a joke. She loves the extra money she makes ripping customers off. They over charge what the shop should get, split the money then run to tops to buy t bone steak, they will grill them out back, then pig out right at the desk. They will leave your car on the rack 2 feet off the ground after its done to run up labor if you dont keep an eye on it. TRIED to over charge me 150 dollars, then in front of every body dropped the bill close to what it should be, realized later they still got me for 50 or more. Ive sat there for hours watching and listening to what they say to customers on and off the phone and after they have left. Jason will, take his glasses off scrunch up his face and rub his hands on his face when figuring out how to rip you off, watch for that body language. So blatant they should be charged with theft.

The guys are honest and trustworthy. Fixed the problem at a reasonable rate.

Loved and trusted A-1 when Herman was there but now that Herman is not there the new guy at the desk cant add so check your bill before you pay.they will also tell you it is worse then it is. A bad oil plug leak does not mean your engine blew. Sorry but cant trust new guy

The mechanics are great people. Manager is a rip off artist. Gave me an estimate of almost $300 to install a $20 part that took me a half hour to replace myself. Thank your mechanics for getting 2 stars instead of 1.Decided to change my reading after seeing that employees are giving the place 5 stars. Down to one.
