They helped get the info we needed to the insurance company to get claim covered. We needed the car so they organized getting the parts well we were still able to drive car. Than they got the car in on a Friday and it was done by Saturday before noon. When we went to pick up car not only was the work done but they had detailed the car inside and out!! It was like a brand new car!! Everyone was so helpful and nice!! Couldnt have asked for a better experience!! Thank you!!

I am very happy with the repair to my vehicle. When I picked up the car, it looked like a new one. As a courtesy, the inside of my car was cleaned, and this was a nice surprise. :)

Dropped my truck off for body repairs after a run in with a local whitetail and they got my truck right in. Replaced the damaged areas with new parts and it turned out awesome! Turn around time was about a week after the parts came in and their staff was professional and pleasant to work with.

They did a great job repairing the deer damage to my car. They kept me informed along the way and how the progress was going. And they cleaned my car inside and out before I picked it up. The only thing I would’ve done differently was to get an exact appointment date when they could start on my car. My car was still drivable and they had it for six days before they got it in to get it fixed. So I still could’ve been driving it for those six days.

Everyone at the shop was helpful and friendly! They were done with my car earlier than expected and gave it back in perfect condition and detailed!

Repairs were timely, updates were frequent and the repair work was perfect. While the car is a fleet vehicle, I thought the price was very reasonable. I just moved back from Los Angeles, California and this shop is literally the best I have ever seen. From the front desk to the mechanics that run this place I am honestly amazed by my service and the customer service they give. They really care and they really want to give you the best price for your situation. I have to add that the shop itself is one that I have never seen before. Ive seen a lot of mechanics shops and this one is by far the most well equipped, managed, and sanitary place of work I have ever seen. Its amazing! Lol they work on your car like a surgeon. I had to bring my 2017 Chevy Silverado to them back in November 2018 after hitting a deer they took amazing care of me helping me getting into a rental since I was having a hard time getting ahold of enterprise. They had my truck done in a week and it turned out amazing. I have brought my truck back recently for some damages over the winter and they have treated me great every time I came in. We were smashed into in the Tops Friendly Market parking lot in Mayville and Mike was able to get us on the road and over the border back to Ontario by putting the bumper of our 2017 Outback back into place AT NO CHARGE! First repair attempt was rushed and incomlete. Missing body clip, missed a dent, clear coat over scratch, loose hardware, damaged plastic panel and incorrect stone guard placement. Second attempt had same missing body clip, same damaged plastic panel, and Stone guard installed upside down. I will have to fix it myself. Unhappy with giving them my business.

I had to have a broken mirror replaced on 2014 F150. I was in and out in 20 minutes.
