For one, let’s get something straight. Don’t callYourself a sports shop if you don’t carry bikes. One star, lost $600 of my business.

Very disappointed in this business. My husband and I purchased a pontoon lift and dock in Februrary, it is the end of July and we still have not received all of the parts. After daily phone calls, beginning in May, we finally received the pieces for the products we purchased July 2. We had to assemble the lift and dock AND all the pieces were not there. After more phone calls, and still more phone calls - we still do not have them. We are missing a section from the dock and also parts for the lift. Dock is operable the way it is, just needed another length, however, our pontoon lift is in-operable. On top of all of this, they required us to pay in full upfront. So we have spent thousands of dollars, wasted hours of time calling and still dont have the complete products. Would have been nice to use the lift this summer, but Im not getting my hopes up. We will never purchase at this place of business again. Oh - and we asked if they would throw in a life jacket or two for the inconveniences weve had, best they would do is 20% off.

This store has hunting and fishing covered - plus its locally owned. I feel good when I make a purchase from a small business owner. It feels even better when I want service and that owner answers the phone! Great store!

Never. Never. Never. Take your boat there. They will say they can squeeze you in this week but then your boat stays in the lot for 2.5 weeks after that and then someone more important comes along. Very disappointed and unimpressed.
