Store has what youd expect from a Dollar General. However, this location is very disorganization with boxes and carts blocking the aisles which not only blocks access to shelves of merchandise, but would also inhibit one with disabilities from going down the aisle. Today, I stopped in and on the way out set off the alarm by the door. I only had two items, both of which were paid for, and waited by the exit for an associate. No one came, so I just left. If I were a dishonest person, theyd be out some merchandise with how well they handle situations like that.

Store ofter tends to be very crowded with perpetual inventory management. Hard to get around in the store because of all the inventory carts.

This store is always clean. The staff are always willing to help if you need it. The store Manager is very friendly helpful. The prices are pretty good ...

Ive been here a few times in the past during those times the place was absolutely disgusting and the items were sometimes up to or over a hear out of date.This store has over gone a complete remodel and now I cannot find a single thing to complain about, the variety is outstanding for what it is, the shelves for the most part are stocked, theyve brought in items that I havent seen at other dollar general stores in my area.The best thing I like about it is the self check out, the one problem is if you have alchohol or you need cigarettes youll have to go to a regular checkout and the wait time can be a little lengthy as Ive typically only seen on person there doing just about everything.In the hour plus that I was in there as everything was moved around I did not see anyone at the register and the one person that had alchohol and wanted cigarettes left after waiting for fifteen minutes.The best part that this store has to offer is the refrigerator and freezer section and the selection that is offered and it is most definitely worth the drive as I live in troy and its a twenty minute drive from where I live but its more then worth it.I would highly recommend that you go and check it out just dont be surprised if you spend a little more time in there then you normally would because of the items they have and the remodel.

Every time Ive been in this store the workers have been so nice. They have a good selection and variety of things. You can get dinner, gifts, makeup, household products, all in one stop. I think their housewares are cute and fairly cheap. Its like a mini Walmart but without all the ridiculousness that comes with shopping at one. Its pretty much your standard dollar general but with a great staff. Its always clean and organized and for some reason I just prefer it over the Peterborough one.

The store was an absolute mess. Couldnt get in some isles because large carts of products were blocking.Shelves a mess. Trash all over the parking lot. I dont know who manages this dollar general but it seems to me like they dont take any pride in their job.

I enjoy the simplicity of Dollar general for a quick run for groceries or snacks. I am glad they are convenient.

This store seems always to be fully stocked and offers a variety of the same product in different brands. There are great discounts. The clerks are courteous and helpful and work together to keep the customer checkout line moving. The store is clean. Parking is easy. Its like having a mini-Wal-Mart in town.

These dollar stores are deceiving. Some sell everything for a dollar and some like Dollar General sell things for more. Still its all inexpensive and this store was well stocked and neat. The girl at the register was extremely friendly and helpful.

I love this store. I can always find everything I need. The employees are all so polite and friendly. The last time I went in, they were playing something different on the radio, but normally they only play Tom Petty. I love that! Everywhere else plays the same radio stations you hear everyday or Christmas music.

I like how its grown and has more to offer.

Dollar General in Peterborough is the cleanest and most well stocked of the Dollar Generals I have been to. The staff is always pleasant and helpful.

This place should be closed for health reasons. The coolers never work. Sour milk. Rotten food. This place has junk trash. Boxes in aisles. Go to the one in Peterborough . Cleaner. Nicer.

This review is for the Jaffrey store.WORST DOLLAR GENERAL IN THE REGION. The employees are ALWAYS very friendly, but the inventory is a complete joke and the store is a mess. Theyre CONSTANTLY out of very common items that a store of this type should never run out of. Their district manager should be fired based off this store alone.

Service was great but clearances shelves are not organized at all and half of the top shelves are a mess with stuff stacked ontop of each other! I dont know how safe that can be especially on the top shelf!

This place often does not have great amounts of people coming in and buying things but i feel like it is mostly because of walmart being a thing before them but when walmart goes out, dollar general will take the stand.
