The purchase process was exceptional, everyone was respectful and knowledgeable but I feel that not every detail was disclosed prior to our final purchase. The check engine light came on within 2 hours of leaving the dealership and the car was in the shop not even a week later. It’s hard to believe that they had no prior knowledge of such issues, none the less we are waiting to see if the problem will be resolved and they are handling the issue with expert professionalism.

My wife took her car in to this dealership for an oil change They charged her $ 49.00 to dispose of the oil. They also charged 3.5 hours of labor for a repair that took 1 and a half hours. If you do go here be careful and ask a lot of questions. We will never set foot in this dealership again.

As a business owner we had a really bad experience here at Cogging Nissan of Atlantic, sale Person wrote down wrong information on our documents we advised to correct information, he also wrote wrong business email, wrong business telephone we told him multiple times to correct information, looks like he was to desperate on selling, I tried calling multiple times to speak with Fleet Department and management all i get is Voicemail this is unprofessional business, people be careful with this desperate dealership please review documents... They also told us they didnt have any 2021 NV200 SV Upon leaving the dealership after we sign and bought the 2020 NV200 they pushed us, we saw like 30 brand new 2021 NV200 SV. This is shady business, will contact NISSAN CORPORATE. 5 days Update August 12 got email saying they have the new 2021 NV200 and come check them out. SHADY BUSINESS JUST TO PUSH OUT THE OLD MODEL. And also noticed the NV200 SV didnt bring rear Sensor, I tried calling General Manager Daug multiple times and cant get a hold of him.

From the gentleman that greeted me when I first arrived, to my service advisor, this Nissan Dealership is top notch! My service advisor, Hardvis was so patient and explained everything in great detail so that I could decide what I should focus on or not. He was amazing. I could see that he is a car enthusiast and enjoys his work! I felt like I could trust the work that was was done because of the level of service I received when I walked in the door! The incredible thing was that ALL the employees there were so pleasant and genuine. I will return for future car service appointments and grateful I found this gem here in Jax!

We pay for an extended warranty. They originally told us the ac repair was covered under this warranty because an o ring needed to be relaxed. However, after deep reviews magically a pipe deep underneath the bottom of the car was busted. And suddenly its not coveted by an extended warranty that WE PAY EXTRA FOR and we now have a 500 dollar repair.

Most lots only supply used cars. I needed a new car. Nissan delivered with no issues and haggling. I asked for a price and was given an answer on the spot unlike ALL other dealerships I’ve been too. I came to the dealership after selecting my vehicle online. All I had to do was pay for my car and have my trade valued. They had me in the dealership for hours. I believe this is a tactic used to screw people over. I was so ready to go that I didn’t notice the dealer increased the sale price of my vehicle by over 1,000 dollars. I had my check in hand. The vehicle I selected wasn’t even there so the dealer didn’t need to charge me more. The real issue is they told me I was paying more for tag transfer and other things. The tag transfer was inflated to offset commissions. When I reviewed my paperwork when I got home, I noticed the tag fees were much lower than previously quoted. They increased the cost of my vehicle to compensate themselves. Don’t go here.

For some context; It was my wifes first time in a real dealership and she was cautious about buying cars because, we had gone to a small car shop a couple months before and we already wanted to get out of the car. I have been coming to this delearship faithfully hoping for a better service but they always miss something every visit that is disappointing, This time I came for a due oil change and they offered me and paid for a package worth more than a hundred dollars and it included an antibacterial something for inside and outside of the car but obviously the inside was not wiped at all.. The break fluid was more than a hundred dollars as well which brought my total to $230. I know better now. Will probably find somewhere cheaper with the same services and wont forget to wash my car or perform a service which I paid for

Took my car to this location 16 times (no exaggeration) to get the AC repaired. The second to last time I picked it up there were grease stains everywhere. Hand prints, footprints, stains on the center console, and they damaged my dash and stayed they are satisfied with the work they did... Then to top it off, the service advisor accused me of lying in front of his manager and the manager sat there and let it happen. I would recommend no one take their car to this location to get repairs.

I found Perry and José to be very polite and helpful. However, my experience with another employee has spoiled this interaction. I found Tom (Hong) to be extremely patronizing when speaking to me, on top of giving me inconsistent/incorrect information. So either he was lying or he wasn’t paying attention. Either way, this experience leads me to call in to question the integrity of this place and for that, I cannot do business with them in good faith. Which sucks because there was a car I really liked there. Very disappointed.

No pictures of inside of car online. Come to find out it was a mess. Steering wheel buttons wouldnt work to fix the maint needed on the trip screen, didnt want to try and look at it to fix. Said they would send everything to the bank like insurance and other stuff they needed but didnt. Shout out to Sir Richard Wright for making my car search experience easy and worry free. I found a car I was super interested in on TrueCar through the AMEX auto purchasing program. The dealership is no longer accepting AMEX or using TrueCar but the financing options provided to me were great! I contacted the dealership expressing interest and they got back to me the same day to set up a showing and test drive. Sir Richard was passionate about the vehicle and thorough in answering all of my questions. The most non-pushy car salesman as I’ve ever come across. He let me take the car for a test-drive with my daughter’s car seat in the back. He was super patient throughout the whole process as it took some time to install the car seat and to get him all of the information he needed. He even let my daughter play with a replica car model to keep her busy while we went over details! Family friendly, stress-free, efficient, and phenomenal customer service all come to my mind when I think about my experience at this dealership. First off if I could give ZERO stars I would!And AGAIN issues with the SERVICE DEPARTMENT. My vehicle needed a 30,000 mile service- website showed the package includes: replace oil/filter; rotate tires; replace air cleaner filter; replace CVT fluid; replace in-cabin micro-filter; replace key fob battery; inspect brake lines and cables, brake pads and rotors; inspect CVT fluid (Are you inspecting or replacing my transmission fluid?); inspect differential oil; inspect drive shaft and boots; inspect propeller shaft (! What is a propeller shaft? Do I have a boat or a car?!); inspect transfer case oil. Unfortunately NO price is included on the website, but when I called and asked I was told the package was $399.99 + tax, so I scheduled. BUT, lo and behold, when I went to pick up my vehicle after the service I am given a total of $485.03 that is NOT $399.99 + tax- there is additional fees for shop supplies AND they have itemized EVERYTHING but even then everything that was listed on the package is not on my bill. I was charged for: multi-point inspection ($0.00), changed oil and filter, topped fluids (N/C); Tire rotation and brake inspection ($19.95); Replaced in cabin micro-filter ($68.37); Installed new air filter ($39.95); replaced wiper blades ($45.85); 4 wheel alignment ($99.95); Complete brake fluid exchange service ($139.95); shop supplies ($41.40) + tax ($29.61) for a GRAND TOTAL of $485.03! THERE is nothing mentioned in my paperwork that shows they replaced the battery in the key fob (which I SPECIFICALLY asked them to do as I get low battery notifications -was it replaced? that remains to be seen).And heres the REAL kicker- I got a text update saying my vehicle is ready with a link to see my vehicle inspection which INCLUDES the bill which shows; multi-point inspection ($0.00); mobile synthetic promotion ($59.95); Tire rotation and brake inspection ($19.95); in cabin micro-filter replace($68.37); air filter element replace ($39.95); wiper blades, front, replace ($45.85- why was the rear wiper NOT replaced?); 4 wheel alignment ($99.95); POWER steering fluid exchange service ($110.05--Wait the paperwork for service says BRAKE FLUID EXCHANGE! SO WHAT WAS DONE ON MY CAR?!?!); shop supplies ($49.00) + tax ($40.89) for a GRAND TOTAL of $533.96And ALL of this “service” was done in a 2 hour time frame. I seriously question what was ACTUALLY DONE with the maintenance of my vehicle.There should be LAWS against these PREDATORY practices!So Needless to say, I WILL NEVER take my Vehicle BACK to Coggin Nissan on Atlantic.

I used TrueCar to get a price quote on a Nissan Leaf. I received a quote for a 2021 Nissan LEAF S for $22,808 VIN 1N4AZ1BV9MC554480. I went to the dealership and they didnt have the car. The salesman looked it up and said it was actually in another state.I called their sister company, Coggin Nissan of the Avenues and asked if they had a model S. I specifically said the S and not the S plus as I had already driven that one. The salesman told me they had two model S cars in stock. My wife and I drove 30 minutes to drive the car only to learn when we arrived that they only had the S Plus, a more expensive model. We just walked out.I received an automated email from Coggin asking how my experience was and I replied in detail about my bad experience. I later received an email from the Customer Experience Manager about my bad experience. His explanation for them not having the model S in stock was that it was sold the day before I got there. I told him that was not the story I got when I visited.I continued my search and today (one week later) received the same custom offer for me for THE EXACT SAME CAR. I feel this is a bait and switch tactic.Notice the attached customized offer. Your user price is a great deal!Too bad you cant actually get it! Why is it so hard to just buy a car!?!

Brought in my altima because the ac wasnt working. they told me they would get back to me within 1 1/2-2 hours to tell me what the diagnostic was. i had to call them 4 and a half hours later with no one answering the number that was texted to me earlier. i texted the number and finally an automated message came thru and i was able to see what was wrong with ac. i decided not to purchase the part that i needed and came home. the diagnostic was $175 which i didnt mind paying for. after parking the altima in my garage i noticed a green liquid leaking from underneath. there ended up being a huge puddle of coolant or antifreeze that leaked out. i took the altima to a different dealer and traded it in the next day. overall terrible experience.

This is my preferred place to have my car serviced at, but I also like the one by the mall. I usually trust their recommendations, and even go with them as long as I have the funds to. When discussing with the representative about the Cabin Air Filter recommendation, she was upfront and honest about the fact that they cant check and usually go by the miles. My main issue is that they tried to add unnecessary expenses because I usually go with their recommendations. They changed the Cabin Air Filter not that long ago at 25,000 miles, confirmed from receipts and their Carfax updated logs they added in themselves. The representative said that they usually recommend them every 15,000-20,000 miles. So why did they try to sell me another Cabin Air Filter replacement at 30,000 miles, after only 5,000 miles with no other obvious sign that I needed it. It was the same exact location and branch that replaced it, too, which is my main issue about it.Service: Easily 5 stars.Trying to sell me on unnecessary items to make a quick buck: gotta deduct a few stars for that.

This was our first time at Nissan on Atlantic. The people were super friendly and Ted was our service rep who was incredibly friendly and kept us in the loop. Vehicle was done same day, as promised, and they did a great job! We will definitely be back for all regular maintenance and any other issues we have on the vehicle. We appreciate everything!!

The service was very less than stellar … told me the vehicle s right hub bearing would be fixed when I came to purchase it .. it wasn’t … then I leave the lot with the vehicle back window didn’t even roll all the way up and guess what it didn’t have any gas in it.TV was falling out of the head rest called to see when the vehicle would be fixed no one responded or anything which led me to bring the vehicle back 4 days later to unwind the deal… I will never ever purchase anything from Coggin again !!!

Made an appointment at 7:00 and I was a little late. The staff had no issue accommodating a slot for my car to get the services I needed.I worked with Chris. He’s very courteous and even offered an additional car wash for free.Great service 🙌

Ms laurie was in contact with me from start to finish. she notified me with great detail on the phone and through text plus she responded with the answers needed for me to get my rental quickly. I will be getting my oil changes at Coggin Nissan from now on due to the great customer care I received! Plus the technician notified me that my oil cap wasn’t put back on after my last oil change from another company.I was also given the chance to donate to a HBCU through your company, which I already give to annually per my daughter graduating from a HBCU! Thank you all for the great work youre doing for your customers and the community! My experience was great and my suv is back on the road!
