Many years ago, I purchased a door musical box that we have used constantly. When it broke I found the company from which it was purchased and by chance was able to reach Tony, who immediately offered to repair it. I sent it to him and just received the repaired box. After all these years, what a marvelous service. He was wonderful.

Awful...He returned my mantel clock and said it was repaired. Took my money. It worked less than a day. I returned it to him and asked him to really repair since I already paid him a lot of money. 4 months later i still did not have my clock back. I finally said I wanted a refund. Another month later after many excuses he returned my clock said it was fixed. Again, it worked less than one day. He wants to take it away again and work on it. No way. I do not trust him. STAY AWAY from him. He did not fix my clock and he said no refunds even if he cannot keep his word and actually fix it.

Brought in Cuckoo clock from Germany. Upon arrival was greeted and told they would be w/ me as soon as finished w/ previous customer.He took clock out and began asking me what had happened. Through our discussion and him setting clock up he discovered I did not break the clock at all. He calibrated and taught me how to listen for the clock being balanced by sound. Was able to take clock home same day all because he took the time to check it before I left. I drove 45 min to get to the shop. He asked for no charge, very generous. Amazing service and we will be back in the future for watch repairs. Highly recommended

Great service today. I had an anniversary clock that I couldnt figure out how to set up and within 15 minutes of walking in the door, I had a wealth of knowledge and the clock was keeping time. I will definitely be back for future time piece needs.

My husband and I recently came into possession of a mantle chime clock of which one of his first memories were the melodic sounds he listened to at his great grandparents home. The clock was passed down as the years went on but but by the time it reached us it was not functional and the display case was worn.I started the restoration by sending it to Finns Brass and Silver shop in Jacksonville who did a wonderful job of restoring the cases appearance; however, it still needed a knowledgeable craftsman who could discern what was needed to restore the inner-workings to their former grandeur.That would be Tony. He approached my precious clock as an Internist would a patient. He did a complete assessment, educated me as to the origin and age of the clock as well as the options available for its restoration.Further, he took the time to address many factors that would affect the clocks future e.g. environmental concerns so that I could keep it in optimal working condition for years to come.I so much appreciate the invaluable service that Tony provided our family.Last but not least, as important as this project was to me, I do not have an unlimited amount of money. Tonys prices are not unreasonable and his skill as a craftsman are superb not to mention receiving the value added of customer education.

LOVED that they were able to fix our familys vintage pull string door chime music box! Tony was AWESOME to work with and was fast & efficient. He even called to let me know that my repaired music box was in the mail back to me! Great follow up!

Our antique mantle clock needed some minor repair at two different times. It was done at his desk while I was there at no cost. The owner also took the time to educate me about our clock. He has a great assortment of clocks to purchase as well. He did not even freak out when I brought my 3 young grandchildren inside so they could see and hear all the coo-coo clocks. A big shout out to my favorite clock repair shop!

Tonys price to fix and update our 45 year old cuckoo was reasonable. When we picked it up, he spent considerable time explaining to us the best ways to care for it and about his warranty. We would not hesitate to recommend using him.

Beautiful store and a very helpful crew of Tony and his store. Fixed my kitchen clock in a matter of a few weeks and it is like it is brand new now. I really can’t think of any other clock store in Jax to begin with, 5 stars.

The store owner Tony and his son Alex are honestly the only people I could trust with my antique german wall clock. They completely fixed my family heirloom. Couldn’t be happier with their professional expertise.

The customer service was good and the quality of work for the clock repair was great. However, when I left my nice clock with them it was in very clean condition. But when I picked it up, it was filthy with dust inside and out and the glass was smudged and dirty. I would expext my clock to at least be returned in the same condition as I left it. I think any professional shop should clean your clock as a courtesy and as part of their customer service. Otherwise, I wouldve rated it a 5 star.

When you are there you realize you are in the presence of somebody that loves their profession. He did an amazing job fixing my mantel clock that had not worked in 15 years. What a joy it was to hear it chime again. I recommend him for all your watch/clock repairs.

Tony, the owner has done an outstanding job in resorting my wife grandfather clock. He not only fixed the clock but he did in what i thought was extremely reasonable. I had to bring it back because wife messed up, he fixed that a no charge. i own tag watch, he replaced the battery for the least amount that i ever paid.the entire operation is very professionally run

Called this company first & asked for a quote to move a Howard Miller grandfather clock from one house to another down the road & give me price. The first time he asked if he could call me back which he never did (should’ve been the first red flag). I called back again a few weeks later & he worked a number off the top of his head for moving it & possibly holding onto it for one week while my house was being renovated. Price was extremely high in my opinion so I politely asked him to just give me the breakdown on the fees/services. When I questioned to the price breakdown the gentlemen got upset & offended & began to scold me about how dare I ask him about the prices & what it all incurred. He then hung up on me. Extremely rude & poor customer service. Wouldn’t recommend him to anyone & I’ve worked in sales/customer service all my life.Finally was recommended to a local competitor by a friend in the community & it was night & day with how professional this other company was. Extremely polite, very knowledgeable & yes literally saved me $375.00 to call another clock company in Riverside/Avondale.

The service the two men gave me was amazing . I needed some big issues fixed with my grandfather clock which was a very special family piece and they handled it with excellent care and in a timely manor . I have been bringing my watches for about 7 yrs to Tony (owner) and he has worked his magic on every watch I have brought to him. They are the only people I would trust to fix, restore and maintenance my watches. I brought Tony a watch that my husband had been carrying around for about 35+ yrs. This watch was of sentimental value, was the first watch his dad ever gave him. He remembers it was when he was in the 8th grade. We took this watch to numerous establishments where they said they could fix any watch, but we always would get a call letting us know there were no parts or no fixing it. It was then that I first reached out to Tony. Our anniversary was coming up and I wanted to give my husband something special and knew that if I could surprise him with that watch that had travelled the world with us, restored and working as it did when he first was given to him it would be the best surprise and present ever. All I have to say is you are truly awesome Tony. It was perfect and couldn’t have looked or worked any better. He made it the best and most cherished gift ever. It was priceless.... Kendra

I called this company to service my clock. They came out as scheduled and serviced my clock as it had stopped running. I was told need cleaning and oiled. It ran for 5 days and then stopped. I started clock back and would only run a few days. I called for over a week and left a message each time to get someone to come back and fix my clocked as I had paid for. I finally got someone on the phone after a week and they were very rude and I could tell I was bothering the. They were trying to wait on a customer in their shop and talk with me, very rude and unprofessional. They had many excuses as why not call back. They could not tell the same story twice. When I said my clock was not running I was told I would now have to spend another $400.00 as they had to come and pick it up and take back for a major cleaning. This was after already paying them $200.00 and getting NO Guaranty for their work. I did make an appointment to have it picked up. When asked how long clock would be gone they did not want to give a firm turn around time. After spending over a week and left over 7 voice messages I decided to move on from them and EAT my $200.00 as a lesson Learned. I called another clock repair company and they came out and only charge $125.00 for a house call and he worked on my clock and fixed the problem. He told me I cannot see where any work other than dusting was preformed. He did a major service and now my clock works fine. I also got a Written Guaranty on his work. Sandmark_Chacon was noting but all TALK with my results. All I can say is they stole my $200.00 and would have taken another $400.00 if I had let them.

I brought my collectable clocks in on December 15th and now I cant get them to answer the phone!! They seemed nice enough but I would like them to talk to me and at least give me back my stuff.I changed my review because they called me so promptly after my last review to say they were having phone issues and thats why I had not been able to get ahold of them.They assure me my things are ready and waiting!

After a little over a month, multiple phone calls, and trying to show up at the shop multiple times, we finally have our clock back. Severe lack of communication and persons at the shop. We have phone records to prove our multiple phone calls. The only reason we were finally contacted about our clock was because of my previous review. As requested, I did edit it.
