In and out quickly, no issues and staff very friendly and helpful.

Definitely has time when what type of truck you want may NOT be available anywhere close to your location.I ended up renting a larger truck but at the same price due to limited availability on the type I needed.I really have to say U Haul goes beyond what you may think.Thank you for the provided services.

Didnt feel like a valued customer. Not to be rude but the manager on duty seemed lost or overwhelmed with the steady flow of customers. The onsite location asked for additional information that was on the completed reservation check list. Manager claimed it was on website but that seems to be a false claim.

The customer service at this location is horrible. The manager at this location inconvenience me over a mistake the company made. They made the mistake of double booking and I showed up for my reservation on time. And informed me I would have to go else where. Instead of her offering to make it right. I called her manager and informed him of the situation and then she decides to go and get the appliance dolly I reserved. Poor Customer Service and an inconvenience because I still had to wait! Definitely will not be returning to this location.

Owner (Skip) that I went through truck rental with was a little gruff, but hey, Im tolerant with most personality types having worked in customer service myself for many years.

Got a reservation from here they could have more employees checking out trucks most of the time only 1 girl doing it and she is awesome at her job this is the one across from Big Chief tire

This storage facility is nice and kept clean which is plus. Only problem is finding the unit, I think they should have ample signs to point you in the direction of your unit when its not at ground level

I got right in, got everything registered, Checked for damages on truck. All good. Off we go, pick up truck was great, ran smooth, great on gas mileage. Had a smooth ride.Thank you. Skip.

Great people who run this joint. It is a husband and wife and I was having a hard time with Uhaul over the phone so I decided to just call the local. The gentleman answered and said they would take back my one way trailer and they had units for storage available. Gave me first month free and I stored my stuff. Great transaction and very friendly. The prices are a bit high for the space but first month free helped.

Frustrating moving but everything else was smooth.

The experience was easy! We didn’t have any problems. Everything was explained in detail.

I have been to about 5 uhaul places in jax. They were really nice & expedient in attending people. At end of month is not the best time to need a specific truck last minute so reservations are recommended at that time but may not be the same the rest of the month. Best to call 1st when you know you need to move

The staff at this location is very friendly and knowledgeable. The lady at the front desk spent over an hour going over prices of the different trucks. Definitely recommend using this u-haul for all you moving and storage needs. Thank you for making my move easier.

I went to this location today to rent a UHAUL. Literally the fastest and best experience ever at a UHAUL. The lady working the counter even had a customer before me which she took care of very quickly. Also super friendly, wish I could remember her name but it was today around 5:30pm. Thank you!

This location had very friendly and helpful customer service although they appear to be understaffed. I only gave four stars because they are more of a storage facility than a full line equipment rental facility, when I stopped in I needed a vehicle tow dolly or vehicle trailer and was told the they typically do not carry these; however, I was in luck because they happen to have one that was dropped of for a later in the week reservation and I was able to rent that one for the day. The only other complaint I had was the limited and tight parking, aside from this, it was a good expeirence.

Great people. Fast friendly service. My company chooses this uhaul first for the top notch service. I could not ask for a better uhaul rental facility.

Good rental place. Good staff. However, Uhaul such grey area with their pricing policy. Be mindful your rental will be billed by the mileage upon return of the rental (daily fee + mileage). That will rackup the cost quickly.Also, make sure you document the fuel level before and after renting.

The people were okay but the equipment is sorely lacking . The truck I rented pulled to the right when you stepped on the brakes . In a large truck thats not exactly fun. Their dollies are the worst in the world, bring your own save your back .

On both occasions I have been to this uhaul Mr Tony has been way too kind and helpful. He made my friend and me feel very welcome and appreciated. He is an asset to Uhaul and she be in a more senior position than the grunt work. Not much aggravates me more than a company that doesnthe appreciate quality employees, and he the definition.

Convenient location and lots of climate controlled storage options.

One star is lowest i could give, or it would be lower. The rental agreements are very grey areas. When you get a storage unit and are explained that after paying for the next month that if you closed it during that month that there would be a pro-rated amount coming back, you would expect that back. Its a lie, they will then tell you that there is no Prorate coming back and laugh at you and tell you that they didnt tell you that. Jane is the one to stir clear of. she will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you into an agreement but then deny ever telling you anything or even talking to you.

Best price around far as truck price but mileage is slightly higher 99 cents. While Penske truck price slightly higher and mileage 79 cent per mile

This is by far the worst uhaul experience I have ever had. I reserved the truck on line. Once i went in i was explained that my estimated charges would be only so much. I was never told that they would be putting a deposit if i used a debit card, and not a credit card. Had i know i would have used a different card. I know that the estimated charges are only that estimated, but was never informed about the deposit. When i went in to speak to them about the situation, i was laughed at and told there was nothing to be done. While standing there, the man starts helping someone else like i dont exist. I have been in contact with corperate about all of this. The company is good, the office is horrendous. Drive the extra miles, pay the little bit extra but get treated with respect !!

This is the best youll get around as far as service and pricing. They will always have my business.

Great Folks to do business with,Ive used there services several times now, very friendly and polite. I left motorcycle parts in the passenger side of a rental and they called me up and held them for me.

Bad customer service. Had an appointment was told to wait for over an hr and them told sorry we cant do it. Ask to speak to the GM and GM said TO BAD. There was two people working and it took both of them to check in uhaul while I was waiting. When I told them that they needed to get the job done they walk away and said I dont want to be here after 7 so they walk up and said sorry we cant help you.Do not go here, they dont care about customers

HE DIDNT WANT TO RENT US A SMALL U - HAUL BECAUSE MY COUSIN DIDNT HAVE A CREDIT CARD AND WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT I HAVE ONE THAT CAN BE USED FOR FULL PAYMENT HE STATED THAT HE COULDNT TAKE THE PAYMENT FROM ME BECAUSE HE KNOW THAT SHE WAS GOING TO BE THE ONE DRIVING SO I CALL THE CUSTOMER SREVICE DEPARTMENT AND ASKED THEM IF I COULD MAKE A PAYMENT FOR SOMEONE IF THEY ARE RENTING A U-HAUL AND THEY STATED THAT I CAN SO THEN IS WHEN THE GUY STATED THAT HE WILL TAKE THE PAYMENT ALSO HE STATED THAT THEY CLOSED AT 8:00pm and I ARRIVED BACK AT THE U-HAUL PLACE AT 7:54 AS I WAS WALKING TO THE DOOR THE GUY WALKED TO THE DOOR AS I WAS OPENING IT AND CLOSE THE DOOR AND LOCKED IT AND SAID THAT THEY WAS CLOSED AND I HAD TO DROP THE KEY INTO THE DOOR SLOT SO I SHOWED HIM THAT IT WAS NOY YET 8 AND HE STILL HADS 6 MORE MIN AND HE TOLD ME THATS TO BAD I SHOULD HAVE BEEN HERE 3 MIN EARLY............ I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THAT U-HAUL COMPANY AGIAN AND I WILL BE MAKING CALLS TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE... YOU NEVER KNOW WHO YOUR GOING TO END UP DOING BUSINESS WITH AT THE END OF THE DAY SO I HOPE HE UNDRSTAND THAT HE COULD HAVE PROVIDED BETTER SREVICES...
