Super friendly and helpful staff!

Cedrik and Tiana displayed the BEST customer service ever!!! I had a horrible experience from the Uhaul place on phillips/university on 8/13 and Cedrik more than made up for it at his location. When returning the truck after a stressful day Tiana took excellent care of me and was super friendly. These two definitely deserve company recognition and a raise!!

Cedric is awesome!!! He went above and beyond for us, and made sure we had exactly what we needed!! We needed a truck in a hurry, yesterday, and he was very helpful and got our information and everything set up, over the phone, on our way to their facility. Thank you so much!!! He deserves a promotion!!

First time there and I was impressed. They showed me the trailer to help me decide on which hitch extension I should use, and helped me set up that hitch extension. Gave me good advice on where to buy the needed hitch pin.

It didnt have good parking available thats why I prefer philips-university location.

I accidentally called this location, thinking it was the miserable University and Philips location. What a pleasant surprise. This (north of emerson) store is SO much better than the University store. The bike trailer I reserved was actually there waiting on me....something I NEVER experienced while reserving items from the University store. The two ladies running this newer facility are very delightful. I had no clue UHaul had become this good.

Used them about 3 years ago and getting ready to use them again tommorow! They are under different management, but I expect the experience to be as great as it was the last time. If not I will let you know.

Nice, clean storage center that can store vehicles and personal belongings. Climate, no climate, drive up, ground level and 2nd floor options, with elevators and push carts. They have office spaces as well, at really great prices!

In a world where moving is a tedious and exhausting process, especially in the sweltering Florida heat, this particular U-Haul facility makes moving a welcoming experience with their friendly staff and convenient location. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jason, whos friendliness and overall positive attitude had completely made me reconsider the previous negative sentiments I had towards the moving process. Jason is a godsend in an industry populated by unmotivated degenerates, and the next time I move, I will definitely choose the help of this particular U-Haul facility.

We were in desperate need of a vehicle to help us move since another uhaul vendor lied about having an available vehicle. Im glad we were redirected here. They were incredibly friendly and helped us out without us even asking. I would highly recommend!

I so love this location, used them about a year ago. Truck was hard to maneuver but all in all Im satsfied.

General manager was absolutely miserable to deal with. I scheduled my appointment a week in advance for 11:30am. Went to the location to find a sign on the door back at 12:45. I called the number listed on the website and reached general customer service. Spoke with a Penny and was told I could reschedule and be taken care of. I already scheduled everything for that location so I decided to wait. Called back at 12:30 to make sure someone was there. Spoke with a gentleman who said they were on lunch. Went back and received no apology for being made to wait over an hour to pick up the truck. Nobody bothered to contact me to say they wouldnt be there. The general manager, Barbara Ridgeway, insinuated that I was lying as she had been there all day. She then checked her time sheet and saw she clocked out at 11:16 for lunch. No apology there either. She asked if I had called her cell number thats plastered all over the door (its written very small in one spot). No, I didnt call your cell phone. Its not my job to track down a manager when I made an appointment a week prior to pick up. She was all around extremely rude. I had lost a couple of my movers because they were on a scheduled timeframe. Ended up moving everything with only two other people. All Barbara said regarding a discount was well, well see what the mileage and everything looks like when you get back. Well. Because I got the uhaul late, I wasnt able to return the truck before closing to discuss a discounted price. I am extremely dissatisfied with the disrespect and unprofessional attitude I was shown. I will absolutely not be going back to this location.
