I used this storage facility for a few months while I waited to move from overseas, and I have nothing but positive things to say about Sylvia and Stacey. They were very helpful when I needed my storage unit at the last minute and I was able to get a great discount for the first month of use. I would definitely use Pinnacle Storage again if I neded it.

I called the store a trailer, they offered a paved or stone lot. The space was easy to maneuver in and out of. The staff was knowledgeable and had great personalities, Which made the transaction smooth comfortable and I felt my belongings would be safe. Very nice office! The lady was very helpful when reviewing the reservation I had made online. She caught that I had made a one-way reservation but an in-town would save me money on the move! The truck was easy to drive and was in good condition. I would definitely rent a truck from them again!

Prices are very good. They have environment controlled spaces, a variety of sizes to choose from and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I had at first checked out a different storage company, had an awful experience so I checked out Pinnacle. The ladies there were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. The facility is super clean, the paperwork is simple and fast. If you are Active duty Pinnacle is one of the only places in town that do not require you to waive your SCRA rights. Straight forward with their pricing, no hidden fees and no rent increases every 3 months like some of the other companies. They have packing materials and locks at low prices, they also have insurance at affordable prices.

They offer a clean facility and reasonable rates.

I have been doing business with Pinnacle Storages Air Station location for several months now.As far as the units go, Ive had nothing to complain about. The premises are kept very clean, clear, and functional. Above all else, the staff is fantastic.Richard and Sylvia go above and beyond to provide assistance. I have to access my storage unit fairly regularly for work. Their friendly presence at the front desk makes the whole experience a lot more joyous.

This is an absolutely awesome storage place. The staff are amazing, they are very proffessional, polite, positive, and helpful people. They have great work ethic, I mean have you seen the office?? They definitely go above and beyond to make sure the entire establishment inside and out are in tip top shape. They make sure the units are well kept up and ensure your items are well taken care of. If you need any supplies they are always well stocked. I mean I have never seen such great staff and well taken care of environment as this one. They are not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for. I highly recommend air station storage!

Best service and well maintained place. I had a situation when I had accidentally locked myself out my climate control unit, after they were closed and I had to call the police department for help they contacted the manager and he came to open the door for and even helped us out with our bedding we were storing in our unit. By far the best service I have received and he was super friendly. Totally recommend this to anyone!!

Friendly efficient Uhaul rental check-in, even on a Sunday.

I had the pleasure of working with Richard this morning when picking up a Uhaul Trailer. Richard was extremely professional and displayed magnificent custom service. He was the only one working this morning and managed to multitask to ensure all his customers needs were being met. Great experience and great service Richard!

If I could give them negative stars I would. 1st we HAD to use them because there was no storage avaliable after Florence. Waited almost 2 hours because the manager kept taking people before me when I was already sitting at the table with her. Then she argued with me the entire time. Just went to go to my unit and it wouldnt let me in because I missed a payment I was NEVER notified that I owed!! She said I got an email. I have proof I never got one. Anyway just paid 105$ to store my stuff for ANOTHER T.W.O. DAYS. would not recommend to anyone. Manager lady is RUDE, can not handle angry customers well at all. Save your $ and time and go elsewhere!!

Best place to go when youre moving in or out of Jacksonville. The ladies that helped my husband and I made our move less painful and were very knowledgeable about how to get things done for a military move! If youre military, I would especially go here, because they have your back. I wish every place was this helpful.

Excellent service at a fair price. Special recognition to Asst. Mgr, Richard Stratton, who assisted me with my storage unit. On one occasion when I was loading furniture in my vehicle, he let me borrow a dolly which greatly helped me. Im referring folks to Air Station Storage!

Damien Johnson you did not leave the place a year ago. The same furniture you put in the unit is still there. Please come and remove your lock and remove your furniture and you will no longer be billed. Please feel free to call us so we can work something out on getting your belongings removed.We work closely with several homeless and womens shelters. If you send us a certified letter we can have your belongings donated to someone in need.

Good service

Richard Stratton is an outstanding American who really puts customer service first. I was in and out within 5 minutes at pickup and when I dropped off the vehicle after hours I locked my phone in the truck after I put the keys in the drop box and Richard came out from home to get the keys out so I could retrieve my phone. 10/10 would do business with then again.

Very clean and well kept

Terrible experience with these people. Less than 2 weeks after we got the unit they put a lock on it because they thought we had missed a payment. Total screw up on their end and customer service was no help at all with no explanation.
