Asked for them to replace my chain and sprocket. When I get my bike back they say...your sprocket was fine so we just did the chain. Come to find out they didnt even replace my chain just removed a link from the old chain and pit it back on. Didnt tighten down the bolts to my side box and moved my handle bars . Not happy with the service the competence of this shop. Would not recommend!

I had Grant perform the 1,000 mile service on my bike and I am very pleased. Impressed with Grants knowledge of motorcycles and hes easy to talk to with no up-selling of other services that arent needed. I waited for the service and it was done in no time. I asked for a specific type of oil, which he ordered the day before. Definitely has his stuff together. Last but not least was the price. I typically perform this type of work myself but getting to know Grant and JCCs service charge was less than half of what the dealer was going to charge...it was a no brainer. Will be bringing back my bike to JCC from now on.
