I can’t begin to explain how awesome this place is. I am pretty much a brand new rider and I went in looking for a full set of gear and I walked out with everything. The store manager there was amazing totally daded me about my Helmet. The girl there was amazing as well, just wish I could give her a shout out as well. I recommend this location over the one in Orange Park.

Not going to lie, I was warned that the guy in the parts dept was a certified jerk. Apparently he has been replaced. The person I dealt with awesome. Extremely nice and helpful. I will be returning

Went in to cycle gear to look at jackets for my son. The gentleman helping us went above and beyond while showing them to us. Very honest, and friendly. Not pushy at all. So much better than shopping online. I’m glad we decided to go in person. Obviously we found a jacket and were happy when we found out it was on sale! Great experience.

I went to cycle Gear to pick up a new helmet. It was probably the best customer service experience I have ever had. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I got the right helmet. They installed and set up the Bluetooth intercom that I purchased also. They even went so far as to walk out and help me link it to my bike. It’s a two hour drive but, I will definitely shop there again.

I love CycleGear but this was not a great purchase experience. The item had a price sticker of 39.99 but I was charged 44.99. When I questioned it difference I was told they had a price increase. (The cost of something already on the shelf went up in price?) If youre going to increase the prices on your inventory at least have the common sence to change the price tags or honor the lower price for your own mistake.

Dillon was very helpful with the Bell helmet I purchased. She was also helpful in assisting me with a rain jacket and waterproof gloves. 🤙🤘🇺🇸

I purchased a new Cardo intercom system at Cycle Gear. The associate who help me was very polite and knowledgeable of the system I purchased. He also did a great job of installing each intercom on my helmet and on my wifes helmet. Ill definitely go there again when I need something for my motorcycle.

As someone new to motorcycles, there is a lot to take in and learn. The people here were always nice and gave me honest opinions and kept within my projected budget. I would recommend them to anyone wanting or needing gear.

We have been buying all of our gear and parts/accessories here. Charles and the staff there are very knowledgeable about the fit of their products, and my husband loves his new riding jeans.

I was in need of a motorcycle cover and after speaking with one of your staff they recommended a particular one which sounded like it would be the perfect product but I wasnt sure what size. So I was advised to bring my motorcycle to the store to get an accurate fit and ended up having to fit two covers before I received one that fit the best. I was very impressed with how accommodating they were.

I always get the best service at this location. Charles and Brian are great team members and will bend over backwards to make things happen for their customers. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I just love the customer service there.

One of the best Cycle Gear stores I’ve been to yet! Staff was friendly and extremely helpful! They had my Shoei X Fourteen in stock as well as the face shields. Since they are the closest location to me, well worth the 2hr drive to get there!!

Overall my experience was fine. I was a tad disappointed the sales associate was unknowledgeable about the specific brand of helmet I was looking at purchasing. I was very disappointed when they gave me a very difficult time honoring the price that was not only on the helmet but the box as well. When we rang up the helmet it was $40 more than the sticker price listed. Rather than just honoring the price on the sticker, they had to apply a discount that got it CLOSE to the sticker price. I find that to be very unprofessional from a company like cycle gear

Very positive experience. I needed a motorcycle cycle cover and since I wasnt sure what size I needed they allowed me to try different sizes until I got the correct fit. We are very fortunate to have them in Jacksonville.

Brian was great, when I called he ordered the tire and the correct size right over the phone for me. I had a helpful man named AUSTIN. he suggested a new helmet and helped me get in house financing.. I was able to get a BRAND NEW AWESOME HELMET AND A BLUETOOTH AUDIO SYSTEM THAT WENT INSIDE THE HELMET THAT WORKS WITH IPHONE AND ANDROID.. ITS CALLED A CARDO SYSTEM. AJD IT IS FREAKING AWESOMENESS... I dont shop here often but Ive never had a bad experience when I do. Recently had to purchase a tire for my Goldwing and had to order it online and have it shipped to the store. Arrived 2 days before expected. Also they do a tire change and balance for $25 but I think you have to bring them the wheel, not the whole bike. Not bad.Prices on gear and mechanical are very reasonable.

There is a mandatory mask mandate in Duval county, Jacksonville Florida. We went to the Store this morning to buy between $500-$1000 worth of gear. We approach the store and the store front was covered with signs stating mask required, mask mandate, must wear a mask. We were wearing masks and went into the store to find virtually all employees not wearing masks and a few customers wearing a mask. I looked at the man behind the register and said what’s with the mask and he said that’s all right don’t worry about it, I said what, he said don’t worry about it. I looked at him bit my tongue and turned around and we walked out the store back in the car and home. This is inexcusable and against the law and dangerous.

If you need motorcycle gear quickly, this place is a great option. A bit on the expensive side, but very convenient if you want to try on what youre buying. The staff is always super friendly. Id rate them 5 stars if the prices where better.

This store tends to cater more to the sport rider Van the touring rider. As a touring rider, I do come here to get accessories, But thats about it. I have bought helmets at cycle gear before, but other than that its limited to rain equipment and minor accessories. Very pleasant staff to work with.

Ive been in several times in the past year & Ive never had a bad experience. Staff is courteous & very helpful. Had to buy a new helmet recently & the manager Louis spent about 2hrs helping me pick the perfect helmet. Just bought a brand new sedici helmet (strada 2) and sena and I am so so so happy with the service at this location!! I wish I remembered the boys name who helped us out and installed the sena for me, but honestly this is a 100 percent more friendly staff than where we used to shop (virginia beach location). Im shocked at how we werent pressured to purchase anything out of our budget and they were very patient when I was deciding between two helmets and two different senas. I will continue to shop here in the future and rec. This location to everyone.

Extremely disappointed. Just left here, I was browsing the oil they had in stock and to buy a new helmet.I was looking to see if they had Mobil one synthetic in stock and an employee walked by and asked if I needed anything, I noticed their oil was 3 dollars more per quart then another parts store down the road so I asked if they would match the same price (because I wanna shop here, I love cycle gear)She said she didnt know. I said no problem, she went to ask another employee and his response was who wants to know? If they even have to ask that I dont even want them here they can go down the road and buy the oil I tried to brush it off because its a young guy that doesnt know any better, then he keeps going on saying to the other employee that Im cheap and thinks its funny that I ask that.. i felt pretty disrespected especially since all I did was ask a question.This ticked me off so I left and they didnt have a care in the world...

It was time to purchase a new helmet. I went to my dealership and was disappointed in the selection. I am so glad that we came to Cycle Gear. Charles was very knowledgeable about all products. He helped with size, style and helped us get the right bluetooth for our needs. I will definitely be a returning customer. I totally recommend Cycle Gear!
