I just received a Sargent Seat for a 2019 Triumph 800 Tiger. This seat is pure perfection and almost an art form of beauty. The seat pan is perfect and the lines on the seat have been cut and sewn with absolute perfection. This is the tenth Sargent seat for me. My garage storage area is a graveyard of stock and aftermarket seats from other companies that just did not work. I ride every day and have now for the past 45 years. Sargent has done a nice job since my first purchase for a Honda CBR 1100xx in 1997, but has clearly become more skilled over the years. They seem to maintain a flat surface with a wide enough seating area to take the weight off your tail bone and any specific place on your rear end. The padding is not soft but definitely not too hard. The seats break in quickly and maintain shape. The cover material has lasted through the years for hundreds of thousands of miles overall being exposed to the heat of summer and brutal winters with no signs of degradation. I’m just going to give up ever thinking about anyone else’s seats for the remainder of my biking days that are definitely alive and well. Sargent, you changed my life.. Thank you.

I bought a pillion seat for my Africa Twin in preparation for a ride from Vancouver, BC to Whitehorse, YK and then on to Fairbanks and Anchorage, AK. Did Prince Rupert to Whitehorse in a single day. Id bought a seat, seat back and pillion from Sargent, fit the pillion with a Rotopax gas can. Retaining hooks for the pillion failed on first day. Sargent said they would cover under warranty, after I provided a full explanation. So I disassembled the pillion an returned only the plastic part that failed. They emailed back to say they would not replace the part under warranty and would charge me $140 (roughly half the price of the new unit) for that one plastic part. Id sent pictures so they could clearly see the condition of the part before I returned it, they could have told me that before I spent money to ship the part back to them. Needless to say the last time I buy a product from Sargent. Poor customer experience, and ship it back and well cover it under warranty follow by asking for $140 *after* I paid to ship the part back based on that felt like a bait-and-switch. Im throwing the rest of the pillion in the garbage, which is a shame over what is probably a $5 made in China plastic part.

Thank you for the excellent customer service in building and getting my seat shipped out so quickly! The quality is awesome on this seat and it is so much more comfortable than the stock seat on my BMW S1000R. It is also way better looking! I got the seat the day before a 2200 mile weekend and it made a huge difference on my adventure through wind, rain, snow and cold! Half my ride was a little rough due to the weather but my seat helped make it bearable! I am a believer in your seats and am so happy with my purchase!

Sargent seat for 2019 r1250gsa so much more comfortable than stock seat. I had an issue and Sargent sent a part free of charge. They stand behind their products. Great company and product!

Absolute worst customer service! Taking a trip at the end of this week and expected the seat to come in plenty of time. The company did not tell us there was a part that is on back order, I had to email to find out. Then I called for a status and they indicated the part wont even arrive until the first week of may. The seat isnt going to ship until AFTER the first week of May. So we are planning a trip without the $1k seat we just ordered??? The communication sucks and the not having an alternative source is absolutely ridiculous!

This is not the first motorcyle seat that Sargents has redone for me. I trust them explicitly with this task. They do wonderful work. Quick too.

Ive had at least five seats done custom by these guys, and they came out nothing short of perfect AND they looked great on the bike. A couple seats I had colored piping added to, which gave the bike a tricky custom look. Absolutely highly recommend these guys!

I have put about 4500 miles on my Sargent Seat which is attached to my 07 FJR 1300 in the past 3 weeks. I’m not sure if I can describe how happy I am with the seat. It has taken so much of the fatigue out of my riding. It is truly unbelievable. Part of the 4500 miles was a 1507 mile ride in 23 hours and 6 minutes. If I wasn’t so sleepy I could have just kept on going. RaceLine MInistry and myself thanks you so much for such an incredible seat!!

Had comfort seat made for my 2016 Triumph T120. Great job! I was suffering from a problem that long distance bicycle riders sometime complain about, lower end getting numb from nerves or circulation being crushed. A small valley in center of seat made a huge difference. Thank you Sargents for a keeping me on my motorcycle.

I was very pleasantly surprised by Mr. Scott who offered to send me a pair of fast access quick release pins pro bono, and to refurbish my Sargent world sport performance seat for ~ $40!!! I highly recommend this company from soup to nuts. New Sargent lifer.

Super personal and very helpful

I was given a Sargent saddle for a Yamaha FJR1300, it brings a plus for the position of the buttocks on the bike and we understand better what the bike does. Its hard to explain ...... but its really a plus for driving. By cons it is less thick than the original saddle and we feel more small bumps. Too bad that Yamaha was not inspired by this saddle to make the origin.
