Stopped by and met Dan. This is a great store - very clean and organized. I hope to see MB Roland whiskey in their store soon.

This place = horrendous customer service. Specifically employee named Jean. Very rude, bad manners, and an attitude that is off putting.

This store is near me but I will be going elsewhere from now on. Staff do not wear masks. An older lady who works there is nice but there is a man with a beard who works there who was complaining about all the people coming into the store on a Monday (which you would think he would like for the business) and suggested they all should be going to work. He said he was a co-owner and said the store was making plenty of money but now it is all about greed. He complained that he probably would have to work on Christmas. He was saying all this with a bunch of people in the store all wearing masks except him. He was just unpleasant and I dont need that in my life.

Very limited selection, but then again it was a very small store.The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a cash register. The guy was saying the f word as he walked up. He then grabbed my bottle and slammed it down on the counter before simply saying the price in a monotone voice. I felt very uncomfortable and wondered if he was angry at me or something else. Will not be going back.

There is a gentleman named Dan who is quite possibly the most rude, disrespectful person I have ever encountered. No greeting when I walk end in. Laughed at my questions. Cursed in front of my 6 year old daughter (said the P word). I won’t be back. Spend your money elsewhere.

Dan (bald guy with beard) behind the counter is extremely unprofessional, rude and makes many customers including myself uncomfortable. He curses, is aggressive and is hateful towards customers. I will not be back. You should visit other stores over this one. He is awful and it’s not fair to the patrons of this establishment.

This is my local liquor store and boy do they have what you need! Come to this place to prepare for a party or to simply get a drink for the night, week, month, or year!

The guy that everyone thinks is rude... he isnt. Hes hilarious. His dog, Marty comes to work with him. I love this store. Its convenient, and the so-called rude guy is helpful and knowledgeable. People just too quickly.

I like the store. Convienant. But there is one person that people have been complaining about and that’s the bald guy. No matter what, he’s negative and (and at first he probably didn’t see the kid) once cussed in front of a kid. When someone said “there’s a kid here” he still did the same. Like “I don’t give a rats ass” attitude. Luckily he only seems to work until someone else is there. Should go somewhere else. But the rest of the workers are great. I haven’t had a negative experience with them once.

The clerk named Dan, is very rude to the customers. He constantly badgers and insults the customers. He claims to be the owner, i will never shop there again. His negative attitude toward the patronage will make the store eventually go out of business. . I saw him berate an older woman on my last visit there. He is always rude to everyone. His co-worker said he is always in a sour mood and mad at the world. She told me his name is Dan Beuorgis (spelling?) He is the worst retail clerk I have ever met. He should be fired. I will never spend another dollar there.

The guy behind the counter was aggressive to a lady that was just asking a question. I decided to go elsewhere and then he started trying to be belligerent with me as I left. Plenty of other places.

The staff is always pretty friendly and there is the cutest little dog that hangs out behind the counter! My go to spot for my favorite wine!

I like the store, however, the bald fellow who I see behind the counter is TERRIBLE at customer service. The only words he uttered when I was there were, That it? I said Hello! When I walked in the door...silence. I brought my purchase to the counter, and I was in kind of a hurry, but, he had to finish his text message for a full minute before he said That it? Oh, he did say the total amount.If he doesnt like being there, maybe he should do something else, or I could go somewhere else. He made me uncomfortable with his passive-aggressive attitude.

Love the owners and the dog they have to greet you. Great prices but they do close a bit earlier then most. Very competitive with prices though.

Clerk is rude beyond belief. I asked, You dont have any Black Magic shots do you? His response was, If you studied the English language, youd realize you answered your own question. Never going back here again.

Christmas Eve at approximately 2:30 pm I went into Bartam Liqours to purchase my needs for the holiday. As I entered the store there were signs posted all over the front door saying CASH ONLY TODAY . As i picked out my items i became suspicious of the CASH ONLY TODAY being how busy this day is for businesses (I own a retail service business) After I asked the tall lady with blondish hair why cash only toady ? She rudley said comcast problems, (when i call comcast for my business they fix it remotely) are you paying CASH, I need to keep this line moving as I was looking for CASH, at which POINT I DECIDED Not to purchase my supplies. This is not my 1st, 2nd, or 3rd I haveencounted rudeness from this store. But it will be my last.

Kind, helpful staff and even has a puppy named Jack that will shop with you! I may be a little biased because I love dogs but its now my favorite liquor store!

The Worst Customer Experience ever. When I opened the door, the clerk some bald headed dork glasses wearing chump gave me a glare so hateful, I felt like I was assualted. He did not greet me not even a head now. He gave a look of anger and disdain as if I was not worthy of respect.

Went in there looking for some higher end wines for a gift, was disappointed in the selection, versus some of their larger chain competitors the overall selection, layout, and experience was lacking

Poor service. I went in had to say good afternoon myself and stare at the employee till they finally said it back then was not serviced at all. Its unfortunate to say but it seemed like a racial issue. I will not be going back.
